The time I was there I wish I could go back on. Staff was always there if you needed them, and everyone cared about your mental health. Even though I was only there for 2 and 1/4 years, I would give the staff here more then 5 stars. I was the class of 2021 and plan on visiting back here eventually!

(THE FACT THAT YOU GUYS DELETED MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. SHOWS HOW MUCH OF WEASLES YOU ARE.) STOP DELETING THEM. LET THE PEOPLE HEAR THE TRUTH. WHAT IM SAYING IS 100% TRUE AND THE FACT THAT YOU THINK I WOULD GO THROUGH ALL OF THIS JUST TO MAKE UP A LIE IS CRAZY.) There is this kid with one arm there. He's there because he tried to take the life of his own sister. He is not to be trusted. He is the fakest person I have ever met. Do not fall into the trap of thinking He's this innocent kid because he's not.

This place helps a lot of people teens to get back on their feet and teach them how to control and cope with situations

New Haven Youth and Family Services is an amazing organization for helping Boys at Risk. As most groups, not every story is a success story, some can never be reached and some are not a good fit. But New Haven has a greater track record than most. Every single person I have meet with this organization is caring, capable and seem to go above and beyond their job description. I have met many of the boys as they have been with New Haven for awhile and their hope and confidence of success in their future lives is so uplifting. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

I may have disliked it while I was there, but God I wish I could go back. I can't give enough praise to the staff that I lived with, and the teachers that worked the school. Wayne, TJ, Aleina, Shauna, Chris, Solan, and any other names I've forgotten, I can't miss yall any more. To any kids that get sent here, keep on swimming, and enjoy the time you have. Nothing lasts forever.

I'm one of three kids that graduated and received my diploma from new haven in 2007 it was a rough ride but I still use a lot of skills I learned like being a brother's keeper. I'm in my 30's with a successful life and new haven was a solid stepping stone one that I will never forget. Being a red head I was a handful for this place from here I was sent to juvy but even after that they accepted me back I followed the program and eventually graduated.
