Great store. A little pricey, but they have great deli food. The key lime pie is a MUST have.

Staff is friendly. I stop by every now and then for lunch. I arrived just as they were taking away breakfast and bringing in lunch. It was good food. Only spent $4.26 for a salad, a couple of swedish meatballs, some stuffing, sweet potato and chicken. Hot food bar has many options, and they charge you by weight.

Overwhelmed! If you prefer Costco’s food-good for you, go to Costco. More New Leaf for us! I’ll make the pilgrimage to Aptos/Capitola from Carmel every two weeks to enjoy the area and stock up at New Leaf. Nothing comparable near us!

Go see Rosie in the meat department. She's the best! And grab a sandwich from the deli. Yum!

My favorite grocery store in Santa Cruz County, always good organic products and good customer service

This is such a lovely market and I can often find things here that I can't find elsewhere. It's much more expensive than other stores though, and while I'm sure the reasons are valid, I usually don't shop here because of that.

Really nice produce. $$$ organic vegetarian vegan. Excellent deli makes a great pastrami sandwich

This review is a rave about the west side Santa Cruz. It is by far the best New Leaf in town. Because there's a huge turnover, you will always find some very fresh vegetables, eat and fish. Unfortunately, the 41st Ave.and Aptos stores often have old, dried up produce. It's not their fault, it's about the number of people who frequent those stores.

This is a local joint, therefore it is a bit pricey; unlike Safeway which is a chain supermarket. Choices are good, nonetheless.

It’s a great place to shop for quality food at reasonable prices. And top notch customer service.

They have good bulk food. Although chocolate covered peanuts would be a welcome addition for me. Not cluster but just peanut and chocolate.
Anyway lot's of unique healthy organic food. Unique ice cream selection.
And my favorite, great selection of IPA brews.
Herbal remedies, candles and some gift items. A hot food bar, it's closed just after 4pm

Superb natural foods retailer! Excellent customer service and a wide range of products. They had everything covered between the deli and the bulk section.
