Worst company ever! Owner is a jerk and promotes morons that are his friends not the worthy ones. It was good a year ago when I started but it went to the dogs. Drivers are not appreciated or cared about here at all. Drivers stay away.

They are very professional and friendly people. I just visiting them for some educational questions and staff help me so much. The owner MS Boby and her husband Sunni both has nice personality. Work with them and have fun. Thank you,

I worked with them in the past Mr Sunny is amazing owner and he gets to know all his drivers. I just only wish that they would run all 48 not just 11 Western, but they have amazing trucks they take care of them and maintain them to the fullest.

I'm liking this so far I'm making really good money and they get me home every week for my 34. I'm on 97 route I have been getting 3000 miles every week which is what I like. Dispatch doesn't bother you as long as you deliver on time. Lots of drop n hooks.

I was hired, as a driver, by Legend Transportation July 26,2023. The phone interview process started in June. My recruiter, Travis, gave me all the information on trucks, routes, pay, insurance and knew the answer to all my questions.

I filled out the driver application, roughly June 28, and the Hire Rite review system turned me down. The claim was I possessed a suspended CDL in Florida. I recently had moved from Florida to Texas and already held a Texas CDL. Not only did Legend recruiting inform me of this but researched the suspension claim and got me the phone number in Florida to resolve the problem. It turned out I had not relinquished my car license plate at the Florida – Alabama border during my move. I mailed the license plate in, problem solved. Thank You Travis!

Once the Florida suspension was lifted Legend sent my application to the review system again. Low and behold I was turned down again. This time the federal government CDLS did not recognize I had relinquished my Florida license. According to the CDLS I was a possible holder of license in more than one state. At this point Travis brought in Legend’s Recruiting Director Julienne. Post 2 three-way conversations with the federal government we determined the fault was within the Texas DMV. A form letter was sent to all Texas DMV department heads and the next morning the problem was solved. Thank You Julienne.

I am 60 years old. Legend Transportation is the 6th company I have worked with, and I am staying!

Best regards,
Blake Spurlin

This company is a peace of trash
The owner is very rude he treats the drivers with a (0) respect, the dispatch are very rude they don’t respect drivers rights, they fired u on the spot
My advice for all drivers

In my 38 years of driving I have never experienced a company like this. Bad bad bad. They had their public posting blocked for a while. With good reason. Most the time you can't get in touch with dispatch cause it's subed out over seas. Many times when I had break down, I couldn't get in touch with shop, and had to wait for ever for someone to contact me. They are another US EXPRESS. Their drivers leave trailers with flats and problems all the time. I never had a bad inspection till I came here. Had 2 in a month. They are targeted by DOT. I only worked here 3 months and got out. You might make a good check and have 3 bad ones in a row.ive never had a prev.accident and never had a moving violation. So I think I can speak with good conscience. It's just bad bad bad.

I get paid nicely by this company, good benefits package which came in very handy recently with the private disability insurance. Bare in mind I'm a long-haul day time casual driver I don't push for 3.5k weeks, I average 2.7k and consistently gross about 1.8k week. They biggest issue I've seen and experienced with company is the lack of effective internal office communications. I've never had an issue getting layover, breakdown and so on. You just have to document safety issues via Qualcomm, phone app and and text to cya.take some pics and send in that dort of stuff and you'll be fine. There's been a couple couple of times they asked me to do something and I said NO then explained why that was against FSMCA and they should consult Saftey for further clarification and there was no blowback to me still get my miles and various bonuses.

This company cares nothing about drivers, no vacation time, no paid holidays, and no raises. Lots of sitting around and layovers, and they dont like to pay layover detention. Hard to get good miles here!

All Driver be alert I was worked with them but they are always took advantage of your CDL license ///they are posted TOP Benefits but I was got nothing healthcare benefits No dental No vision No 401k. When you go there stating job and then they give you accident truck for driving.they are paying zip code to zip code don’t mater how many miles are you driving/// ever trip you drive you lose your miles // be carefulwhen you refused the load.then they giving you all the time bad load try to harassing the driver///. It’s Not A hook drop company they 50/50 hook drop. No Respect for driver they are not paying for loading or unloading time when you wait almost 5 hours and even the truck breakdown or trailer they are not paying you wait time ///bad road service/// this company work with family priority business if you don’t have any family member working with this company it’s not for you! This company Doesn’t deserve LEGEND name batter //

Been here two years started out great with target home every other day, loved the truck I was in. But when they lost the account and the home time went out the window. Went to otr and miles just weren't showing up on my pay. Hate the lazy shop managers and natin you'll get to know doesn't care about you as a driver. Alot of micromanagement to the wonder other dispatchers. Chris Thompson has been good to me very laid back. But everyone else vanessa and a few others are great. Just another company that treats you like a number not family. You make em money if your not a new driver coming in your not important. It's what it is.

The accumulation process of coming from one company to another company and learning the new way operating was difficult at first (because of prior set ways of operating), but ”at-the-end-of-the-day” it's just ”trucking” for company drivers.

If you have low standards (or no standards at all) and you’re just looking for a “pay-check”, then this particular company may be a suitable match.

There’s no “wow” factor that will positively impress you to stay and make this an employer you would want to grow with and retire your transportation career with.

NOTE: If you’re accustom to nice “yards” with amenities for drivers, then be prepared to be highly disappointed (because of the low quality “yards”). Also, communication is bad.
