My wife and I were looking for a gently used Elliptical machine and we came across New Life. Upon entering, the sales associate, Mike, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He went over the different options and let us try multiple machines. We ended up making a purchase right on the spot and couldn't have been happier. We got a fantastic machine at a great price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable piece of workout equipment.

Mike was great! I found their listing in LetGo. After looking at other listings, I called the shop. My call was answered right away by a friendly voice that was happy to have me come in.

I planned to look at elliptical machines and found a compact one. I also got a compact treadmill. Both machines were within my budget. I have a 3 year warranty on my elliptical machine and it’s so new that the heart rate monitors were never exposed.

The only draw back was the lack of parking, which wasn’t a problem. Being the only shop on the block open on Sunday means it was easy to find a spot. When my purchase was made, I drove right up to the door and Mike loaded my car for me. I would refer all of my friends to them.

Bought a Pro-Form treadmill a couple of days ago and we love it. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was the girl at the desk said they would deliver our purchase the same day we bought it and it would be on its way after the delivery guy was done with his other delivery. (We paid extra for this service) 3 hours later.no call.no treadmill.we waited and waited. We finally called and then they said he was too busy and couldn't do it today. Okay, that was annoying wish they would have said it beforehand! Waisted my day off waiting around. They ended up delivering our treadmill the very next day after we bugged them a bit to get answers and a time. The guys who ended up delivering our treadmill were very friendly and helpful and apologized so this made me feel a lot better about the purchase. Ultimately that's good customer service. Right your wrong and we're good. Overall, I'd recommend this place if you are fine with an open box treadmill. It was a great deal and so far we love the treadmill. This place is legit and better than all the other places we researched in LA! Don't hesitate just do it and get healthy!

I wouldn't describe the machine I received as "like new" because it was missing a piece (tablet rack) had stripped out screws in the console, and cracks on the handgrips. These are all basically fixable cosmetic problems, but I was still unpleasantly surprised. Initially when I tried to contact New Life I didn't receive any call back about three issues, and after a couple weeks left a bad review. At that point, to New Life's credit, I was contacted and we resolved the situation. So, credit for service after the fact, but I'd encourage more careful quality control or repairs on items advertised as "like new. "

Top notch! Great over the phone customer service. Great in store customer service. Knowledgeable of their equipment. Website is very informative with warranty info.and current product inventory. I will definitely recommend and purchase from here again.

Prices are great, products are great, and the service was fantastic. They are very accommodating. I placed an order for a product that was later discovered to be out of stock. They contacted me and stated they would give me the option of receiving a similar product that was worth about $150 more than the product I originally ordered at the same price I paid.

Very polite informative staff about each equipment and best its affordable with warranty and they can fix the threadmills there.

This company provides the worst customer service and product! You judge a company NOT by how they treat you when making a transaction but how well they treat you AFTER you've given them your money. I purchased a treadmill from this company 8/4/18 the very next day it stopped working. It would automatically shut down within 10 minutes. When I messaged Martin to get it exchanged I never got a response back. I continued to send messages, and I continued to be ignored for a month and a half straight. Finally I call the company and then that same day I magically get a response back form Martin to exchange it out. For another two weeks there was little to no effort to get the exchange done so now it's been 2 months now of being left with a broken machine I went to the office spoke with Mike asking for a refund because at this point I dont trust that the next treadmill will even work. Mike and the workers gave me such a hard time trying to get my money back. Even after Martin saying he sold me the treadmill and it doesn't work was simply not good enough. After 45 minutes of demanding my money back he finally gave it to me. New Life Cardio was nothing but a headache to deal with for me. Save yourself the stress and invest your money everywhere else but this company. Please! Beware!

I walked in there with a 300$ budget and they helped me out with a great brand new treadmill. I Will get it delivered tomorrow and in a few weeks i will follow up with another review of the product. The staff was professional, the girl's name was Jessica she was very helpful friendly and welcoming. Also forgot my receipt and she txt it to me after i left the store. Good customer service is rare nowadays. I'm glad I found this place after lookin online. Excited to get my treadmill and might even consider a spin bike soon.:)
