So I absolutely LOVE Chinese food, orange chicken and beef and broccoli are my favorites. However when I went here I saw bbq chicken and to be honest it was the only thing that looked decent. The orange chicken looked soggy and the beef and broccoli was well not to appealing looking either. The chow mien looked well not to amazing so I played it safe and went for fried rice. Let's just say it was an absolute let down. Lesson learned. I will never eat here again. This place is absolutely disgusting. No wonder they don't offer samples. They would have no business.

To me the food is good, not sure why people are bashing as much. I find the chow mein and fried rice to actually have flavor compared to panda express which was just crunchy noodles. The mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli are always a favorite of mine, sometimes the broccoli looks a bit old like its been in the serving trays for a bit but most of the time its always on point. Never experienced rudeness.

Guy at the counter was rude, they charge $1.99 to use your card to pay, the food is nothing like it used to be. Chicken was so dry I was choking on it and the orange chicken look and tasted like it had old orange jam on it. Gross.sad this place went down hill. Used to be so good. Now.not so much!

I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and 2 chicken egg rolls. I couldn't taste any teriyaki on the chicken, it was too salty, chicken was hard, rice was mushy and vegetables were soggy. I threw the food away. I'll never go there again.

Very Gross and meat was extremely dry and hard and the vegetables were bitter and tastes raw and hard as well I got food poisoning the day after that honestly go eat somewhere else not this place the man is chill but looks like he doesn’t put effort in this good quality food which says in his sign.

The food is good I don't see why there are so many haters. I must admit that the orange chicken needs to be crunchy but as for the charge for the debit card that's normal bring cash if you want to save. The owner is a good guy I haven't had any issues. Maybe he is tired from working long hours. The food taste good and he gives bug portions.

First off. They need to change the name to "Old and soggy Panda". I cant believe how bad it was. The rice was soggy. The noodles were old and dried out. The bbq chicken and teriyaki chicken was hard as a rock. So hard I couldnt chew it. I have to say its the worst chinese food i have even tried. We threw away most of it. I would have got a refund if i had eaten there. They need some serious management skills to save that place. Lucky one of us didnt get sick. Who cares about service if the food is garbage. The food is all that matters.

Getting ridiculously expensive. The servings aren't what they used to be. It was an equal amount before, now it's more noodles than items.

While the food is good, the guys attitude sucks. He is very rude and obnoxious. He should be grateful for his customers after lockdown from Covid. Because of your customers, your business can thrive and you're able to pay your staff, make your rent and remain open. Value your customers and do something about your obnoxious, rude, condescending attitude, because not only the food makes the customers return, but also the service.

2 Starz, Not 1 because it's a Hop Skip away from my place. But, a shame to Not go there no more. It was Rated above 3 9 last I checked, I guess ratings have come down a little bit.

For my personal experience, went there asked to give me the XTRA Cryspy Well Done Orange chinkin. And then said Only as "Special order", trying to charge twice the regular price. And he said it with a grin, like if I forced him to do it!

Never again, All it takes 1 BAD Experience and you're DONE with a place forever!

Came to this place for the first time and is very overpriced. Also, asked for half of rice and chow mein and they said no. Charge so much just for asking that simple meal.

Food was bad, and it looked like it had been sitting there for a couple of days. We all had to throw it away. On top of that the guy had the worst attitude. Don’t waste your time here!

Been going to this place for a long time owner is a great guy always gives the hookup on the Portions will always go back there to get my quick Chinese food

One of the best places for good Chinese food, fourth time visiting this place and now my go to, the owner is a very pleasant person.

Food barely warm. Orange chicken stringy and dry. Charge extra for credit card. Very disappointed. Tried to call. No answer.

Don’t listen to Alondra, literally the portions are huge and good, will admit the $2 card fee is irritating.

The person working was very rude and got mad when I asked him about the $2.00 charge for using my debit card (I’ve never been to a takeout place that charges $2.00 extra for a simple lunch). I had been a customer here for years and now I will never go back. Sorry, you just don’t treat customers that way.

Horrible experience, the person serving the food was just tossing the food into the plate (hard core tossing). He basically mixed all the food around and worst part is that the serving size were so small.

How are there good reviews on here food is bad customer service is good but I care more about the food.
