I love this place real active wear name brand priced right and they have pokemon cards. Fuko pops. Not many kids shoes and small sizes it's a great place for adults. They also have snap back and fitted hats. I walked out spending a good 300 dollars when I just came to see if they had kids rain boots. Lol I don't know how I spent so much but I did.

It’s expensive here -Good varsity BUT not sure if the shoes I got for my daughter are fake because the edges look messy and not like the other pairs I got from the mall. Feels like they’re fake pairs for same price of a real one. BeWare. Does anyone know? CONVERSE

Love this store. They have plenty of Hats (dodgers) & jerseys plus great selection of shoes. The staff here treat you like family & definitely one of my favorite places to shop. A+

Bought some pants that were the wrong size so I went in for a refund. They explained that they only offer store credit and it says on the receipt. You don't get the receipt until after you make the purchase anyway. They need to have signs saying that they only offer store credit or verbally let you know before you complete the purchase.

It's 2022 and not 1990, there's no excuse to not offer refunds for unworn and new clothing.

The dyke manager or girl boy whatever that thing is likes to look at you as if you came in to steal. When you clearly buy more then $100 worth of items in her face. Then continues to raise her brow as if she’s intimidating or scary. Don’t come here you’ll just be discriminated based on how you look.

This place has a variety of brans. My favorite personally is champion I spend alot of money here but their return policies suck. They don't give you money back in case you need to return something. I believe if I spend alot of money here they should allow me to return something. Besides that this place has everything from uggs to Adidas to champion, nike, cookies, very expensive as well.

I was given the wrong 160$ Rayban glasses. I went to exchange them the next day but was treated as if it was my fault THEY gave me the wrong ones. They lied about how they only have the ones on display when literally I saw the man pull one from below the day prior. I asked if I could get a refund because they told me they no longer had the ones I wanted the day before and they told me they only give store credit. I don’t know how many stores only give store credit in 2022. This store reminds me why people are moving to online only shopping. You would think they would treat someone who spent 160$ on glasses nicer but I didn’t get that feeling. It’s nice to get out of the house, I guess, and go to a location but if you go to the wrong place you will be forced to the deal with the questionable personalities in said store. Most places are fine. It’s never a given that it will be a good experience. I don’t think I will be returning here even though I have 5$ store credit because they don’t do refunds and the new glasses I received weren’t the original ones I wanted because they didn’t have the ones I wanted that I literally saw the day before for some reason. I don’t think “customer first” is something this place thinks, I get the feeling they don’t really like their customers and only see them as people they can get money from. It’s not really my thing. You can keep my 5$, I won’t be returning. Their are so many places and online shopping that one would be crazy to deal with stores that offer bad experiences. This one is a pass for me.

Excellent place to go shopping for clothing, working clothing. A very, very low price. Excellent staff good customer service I give it a five-star.

Tbh the only store I enjoy going to when I need some new shirts or shoes. They have shoes that spots at the mall don't be having. Especially NB. Prices vary. Whether you're on a budget or ballin out, this place has a great selection of clothes and shoes

This new star actually has a great clothing selection compared to the other New Stars in the Valley. Deff recommend coming to this one.

Everything you want in urban street wear is there. But you're going to pay for it. Everything is pricey in there.

It's good just check the clothes ain't ripped bought a couple pro5 and they had rips.ohh and don't buy new Star brand clothes it's overpriced garbage but the rest of the store is nice and real awesome staff and the name brand clothes is good

This place is a life saver! Whenever someone has a last minute wardrobe issue, or I need to pick up a gift for a party, this is the place to go. It’s local and has name brand items like UnderArmour, Nike, OBEY, Champion, The Hundreds, ADIDAS, Vans, Dodgers, Lakers, lots of NFL teams, and other name brands I can’t remember. They carry the basics for guys: tshirts in all sorts of colors, (AAA - Pro Club) sweats, sweatshirts, thermals, Dickies uniform pants and jackets, socks, boxers, Levi’s in a variety of sizes and colors, belts, fitted hats, and some name brand colognes. The ladies don’t have as much to choose from, but they still have lots. Including name brand perfumes, UGG boots in different styles, and trendy outfits. They offer gift cards and have many stores throughout the Valley. The only negative thing I can say about this store is the parking lot is so small and if they are busy that part sucks.

Like everything it’s gotten more expensive, been coming here since the 90’s when it was known as The Tee Shirt factory, same as always just more expensive

Only place I buy my clothes for years great prices and awesome customer service. Place has improved so much over the years. Love this store
