Best Optometry Center out there! Jessica is always so helpful and attentive! Very thankful to have found Dr. K and his team!

I have used New View for over thirty years and they are great. Dr. David is the best and the staff is professional and helpful. Even though I'm entitled to similar services through my medical plan, I prefer New View.

Called to get more information on my insurance coverage & I was helped by Deena.she was respectful of my time, gave me the information I needed quickly without any ands, ifs, or buts.

These guys are great! Dr. Kasanoff takes time to explain what he's doing and always answers any questions I have. Jess and Nancy are so helpful and a lot of fun. I wear contacts, but when my mom has gone in, they've helped her pick out glasses and offered opinions. Such great service!

I was greeted with professionalism by the staff, clean, pleasing and spacious office. Even more to my liking was the latest technology in vision equipment. Dr. Kasanoff truly cared about giving me the top notch vision exams and upon leaving with my new RX.in hand I f definitely knew I would be returning the next year for another exam.

Love this place! Everyone from Dr. David is friendly and great at explaining things. Jessica and Nancy are such a great team! Efficient and fun!

I was looking for a new optometrist because I grew tired of being disrespected by my old optometrists office as they had me waiting an hour+ past my appointment time to be seen, routinely. Went to New View because they showed a 5 star rating.

I was not disappointed with New View. The office is very professional, and staff is very friendly. I feel that they went above and beyond to assist me. Rare in this day and age to receive such quality service. 5 Stars hands down.

I've been wearing glasses since I was a teenager in the early 90s. I've been to DOZENS of optometrists in that time frame. By far, New View has been my favorite. I've been coming here for the last 4 years or so.

Not only is Dr. Kasanoff amazing, but he's real. He tells you how it is when it comes to your eye health. The good, the bad and the ugly. Best part is, when there is bad and ugly, he had a way of letting you know gently and has solutions for you.

Behind Dr. Kasanoff is his OUTSTANDING staff. The backbone, Jess, is INCREDIBLE. She's the ringleader and runs that place like a well oiled machine. Nancy is by far my favorite, though. Her customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! She always finds time to help me choose new frames, and let's me know what looks good and doesn't.

I highly recommend this place to everyone who needs glasses, contacts, etc.

Went in for my 1st eye exam for reading glasses, have never worn glasses before. Staff was super friendly & helpful through the entire process. Dr was knowledgeable, personable and I appreciated the sophistication of the on-site diagnostics. Establishment was clean and a they have a huge selection of frames.

The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The ladies in the office watched my infant daughter and played with her while I had my exam. They have taken such good care of our family, and always remember little details about us through the years. We are so happy to have found Dr. David in La Mesa, and his whole staff. I have sensitive eyes and have really struggled to find an office that makes me feel safe and comfortable during my exams. We've been going to them for almost five years now, and we love it!

Dr. Kasanoff and staff are extremely helpful and nice. They use state of the art technology and are very thorough in their eye exams. They always make me feel welcome and are experts at picking out the frames that look the best on me. I have been going to New View Optometric Center for years and have referred several of my friends. I've been coming here since I was a little kid. Dr. Kasanoff and his staff do a great job of making you feel like you are taken care of. They continue to purchase new equipment to make sure that your eye health is getting the tip top tests.

I've been seeing Dr. Kasanoff for many years, and have always had very good visits. He has always helped me with just the right lenses, and contacts. He will also let me know if my prescription has not changed enough to require new contacts or glasses. His staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Left more than satisfied with my visit which is outstanding considering it was just a yearly check up. But the staff here is simply amazing. There's a friendly fun vibe throughout the office and you can just tell the people here actually care about their work and the people they serve. I normally wear contacts but mine had run out so I had to resort to wearing my back up glasses. Not a big deal but it makes my line of a work a bit more challenging. That's why I was extremely happy that I was able to walk out with a trial pair of contacts. For the past few years no office has had my prescription in stock until now! I'm a curious person and I appreciated the fact that I was walked through my tests results without having to ask. Referring my friends and family here for sure.

I tore part of the protective covering of my eye off and they took really good care of me and saved my eye! They were amazing and they really cared! The best place ever!
