Newbury Park Physical Therapy

I have been coming to Newbury Park physical therapy for many years and won't go anywhere else.

I play Ice Hockey and have rehabilitated several MCL and ACL strains as well as a CV joint. They also were my 1st choice when I was rear ended in a car accident.

Simply put, Dennis and his team are great at evaluating the issue and coming up with and executing a treatment plan to get me back to my busy, active lifestyle.

All of the staff are excellent, knowledgeable, and patient centric. The front desk staff are also incredible and very helpful with scheduling, billing and all the administrative issues that are normally a pain. One really nice addition is the electronic reminders via email about your upcoming appointments.

Everyone who works there really enjoys being there and the environment is almost family like. It's bittersweet when I need to utilize their services, but when I do it's like visiting old friends.

I feel so fortunate to have found Alicia at Newbury Park Physical Therapy. After several other therapists, countless doctors and alternative therapies, I discovered Alicia, who was the only one to correctly diagnose my back pain. Since then, I have finally started to feel better and have hope that she will get me to 100%. Unlike other PT’s I’ve been to, she takes her time with me and tries numerous techniques to really get to the root of the problem. All the staff are super friendly and also very accommodating when it comes to scheduling times. I would recommend NPPT, particularly Alicia, to anyone suffering in pain. She will do everything she can to help you!

I was referred to Alicia at NPPT, to seek help with getting out of my Verigo nightmare! My referring health practitioner assured me that Alicia was ‘The One’ to see, as she was an expert with Vertigo and its causes. When I phoned NPPT for an appointment, I was calmed immediately from their front desk angel, Connie. She was empathetic, sweet and got me in as soon as possible.
The whole office is buzzing with positive, kind, knowledgeable and loving therapists. Their facility is clean and comfortable.
I have endless Gratitude to Alicia for working with me to alleviate the symptoms I suffered dearly with. She is so knowledgeable, fun to work with and she is passionate about helping others!

In December I had a total knee replacement and needed to have PT. When my doctor recommended a place close to my home in Westlake I remembered that I had gone to NPPT after an accident I had years ago, so I chose to go there again. Happy that I did because the care I received was fabulous. The entire staff is knowledgeable, courteous, professional and fun to be around, but serious about the treatments they provide. Bernie provided exceptional care which made my recovery so much easier (you need to do your exercises:). I just returned there for a "tune-up" after vacationing and giving my knee a big workout. A few more sessions with Bernie and I'm feeling great. Give NPPT a try for your PT needs. You won't be sorry.

Both my wife and I Have been cliants of NPPT several times within the last 30 years. Dennis Dempsey and Dan Dollar, the owners require from the staff and employees to radiate respct courtesy, caring and attention to the individual ails of all patients.
Mr. Tim Kuenn has been both mine and my wife's therapyst whenever we needed Dr.prescribed therapy. We ask for Mr. Kuenn to be assigned to us because over the years we found him to be not only a aexcellent therapyst but also a caring friend. It is not intended to take away kudos from other employees that in the course of treatment we have interface with, because they are all very attentive.
I highly recommend NPPT therapudical services to anyone who is in need of such service.
