I would not book this rental company, they are greedy crooks. I was given misinformation about a pet policy which led to me cancelling my reservation.when trying to book another home through this company they said that could not transfer the money that was paid for the initial reservation and that I had to pay the additional $750.00 cost on top of the $1000.00 that was originally put down. My cancellation did not interfere with this company being about to still rent it out to other guests, they still got to make their profit and extra by pocketing $1000.00 for nothing. If you book with them expect that money to be gone, no matter the circumstance. They claim to have "strict" policies and would not give a refund but had no problem changing up the policy when they wanted to state that the "no pet policy just means that they add charges if you bring a pet. " If I would of known that in advance I would of at least keep my reservation to get my money's worth. I do not advise that anyone book with them but if you must do it at your own risk as they are interested in your money and not providing a quality service.
