Do you have a phone number that works, ones out of service and the other someone picks up and hangs up on me. I am a past patient who needs medical records

Dr. Smith stated that I was fine to go back to work with no restrictions. This is so much farther than the truth. He said that I could not go back to my profession. That is my life's work and I love doing it. He said "Well you could get a job at Walmart as a greeter. " I am still in much pain and he seemed to have no compassion.
