They called me, let me know they could come early. Kitchen sink now working perfect. He was professional and polite, respectful of my property. He cleaned up the sink and under the sink. Left everything spotless. I will be using them again.

Told me on the phone they would meet or beat any competing quote. Lo and behold when the competitive quote was less than half they refused to meat it. Overpriced and will waste your time.

My toilet was making squeaking noises. I was going to replace it soon anyway. I called NexGen and they were able to dispatch someone the same afternoon. Plumber Ray wondered if my water pressure regulator was working correctly. It wasn’t. He replaced the toilet and the water regulator. Ray was professional and thorough. I would not hesitate to call NexGen again if I needed plumbing services.

Jose was very professional and guided us throughout the whole AC maintenance process explaining how it works and the price for each part used. He was very supportive and he even went to home depot to buy the air filters for our system. Overall great service and very user friendly explanations.
