Needed a plumber to fix a leaking bathtub faucet. After an initial inspection he started working on it. The tech fixed in a few hours it was completed and looks great. Ariel was knowledgeable, kept me informed of the progress. He was attentive to cleanliness of the work area. Very happy I choose Nexgen.

Robbie was the serviceman that tended to us and i must say he was the most curtious and professional serviceman i had ever met. Extremely happy with the service we received.

If you have money to flush down the toilet, literally, call NexGen HVAC & Plumbing. I had them go to my home in La Quinta to check on a toilet that was leaking. When they thought it needed to be reset and resealed, their fee was going to be $480, yes, you read that correctly. I called FPS Plumbing, who has previously done work on my house, and their fee is $185. Turns out there was a crack in the toilet, and the estimate from NextGen was $903.95, for a toilet, a basic toilet. I called FPS Plumbing and they charge $380. NEXTGEN HVAC & PLUMBING is on average 2.5x more expensive than other companies, in my experience. Call someone else.

David from NexGen is THE BOSS! Not only did he fix everything to get my salon comfortable again, he took the time to EXPLAIN the problem, the options and the pricing in plain English. I always felt like I was being taken advantage of by AC repair companies but David and NexGen made me feel like we we are on the same team!

I needed an AC/HVAC tune-up so I had NexGen check out my system. Their technician, Isaiah, came out and he was super easy to talk to. He explained what was going on with my AC system and some things I should consider. Very knowledgeable and I appreciated his patience with all the questions I had. Cheating service!
they call me, $88 for diagnosis plus repair fee.but when the guy come to here, he quote me $430 to repair leakage and remove smell.later on, the open the toilet, say need to drill and fix flange to ground by bolt, need $4000! Can you believe that! I refused that, they put everything back, still charge me $430 as diagnosis fee, only change a gasket, still leakage.never use this kind of cheating and expensive company.some handy man really destroy the whole plumber reputation.

Zach T, called to let me know he would be a little early and arrived on time, he was very professional explained his process in detail, took tons of pictures and answered all my questions and I couldn't be more happier with services provided by Zach, I love nexgen and the people that keep my system in excellent shape and condition. Zach will be my perferred technician going forward and I recommend you ask for him as well!

Robbie came out to look at my hvac system and his inspection was thorough and advice seemed clear, fair and trustworthy. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the current state and future issues that might arise without trying to sell me or up me on services i might not need.

Felipe was good at communication and explaining what was wrong with the AC and he was doing a very good job at his work.

Anytime I call NexGen, I know I'm in good hands. We have a Tankless HW heater that stopped working. Very inconvenient timing, as we have a 6-month-old daughter.
Their Technician, Connor, was dispatched. Ran a series of diagnostic tests, and quickly diagnosed/fixed the problem. In addition, he talked us through all our options to future proof the system. True Master of his craft, in addition to being a really nice guy.

Its a very respectable company- patrick H is a stellar rep for nexgen- he explained the issue and his method of resolution in great detail. No need to look further than nexgen for ac issues. Ask for patrick

Adam C was very friendly, informative and patient. Would definitely recommend his services.

They did well on the install, albeit they were a bit more expensive than other companies. My issue is the complimentary tune up they were supposed to do at the year mark. A worker of theirs comes and acts like they are working on it and looking into the unit, but it’s just to sell you more overpriced work. They’ll tell you the outdoor coils are clogged so you need an ionizer, and then they’ll tell you the ductwork is undersized and they need to replace it all. At the end I told him I didn’t want to go forward with any of the work, and he takes my hose on the roof to spray off the outdoor coil of gunk, and when I went up minutes later after he left he hadn’t sprayed it at all. Honestly won’t use them again for any kind of service calls.

Do not let their salesman talk you into an ac system using their Nexgen branded equipment which is Amana/Goodman. It is poorly constructed and very loud! They have been to the house many times to try and correct this and every time the compressor returns to a grinder/blender sounding piece of equipment within 24 hours that we must hear throughout the house and now management won't call us back! I had to cut open my wall and it's the new compressor vibration in the coolant lines that is so loud I can't stand it! My 30 year old other compressor makes No wall noise. They will not fix this equipment.
