I am writing this review to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent events surrounding my account and experience with your company (Nexon America).

On December 28th, 2023, I was subject to an unjust and unwarranted ban from Maplestory. The lack of a clear and reasonable explanation provided for this abrupt action has not only deprived me of access to a platform I invested considerable time and resources into but has also caused significant distress and inconvenience.

What is most disheartening is the lack of transparency and communication throughout this process. Despite my persistent attempts to seek clarification and resolution, I have been met with resistance, refusal to provide a clear explanation for the ban, and an absence of coherent information regarding the alleged violation that led to the ban. This lack of clarity has left me feeling marginalized and ignored as a valued user of your platform.

Furthermore, it is apparent that the policies and actions of your company reflect an unethical, unjust, and unfair treatment of users. There's a clear pattern of prioritizing profit over user satisfaction, leading to a money-hungry approach that takes advantage of players, trapping them in an endless money pit. The practices in place seem designed to exploit users rather than foster a fair and enjoyable gaming environment.

The threatening and coercive tactics employed by your company to silence me from voicing my concerns are deeply concerning. It appears that rather than addressing grievances, the focus has been on stifling any discourse that challenges the decisions made by your company. This unethical behavior is indicative of a company more interested in profit margins than the fair treatment of its users.

I firmly believe in fair play and ethical conduct within the gaming community. The actions taken by your company not only undermine these principles but also create an environment of mistrust and disillusionment among players who contribute to your platform.

In light of these circumstances, I urge your company to reconsider its stance on bans and provide a comprehensive and detailed explanation for the actions taken against my account. I request a fair and transparent investigation into this matter, along with an opportunity for a constructive dialogue to reach a resolution.

Additionally, I recommend that your company review its policies and practices concerning user bans. Ensure that such decisions are made judiciously, with proper evidence, and consider user rights and fairness as integral components of your procedures.

Terrible experience dealing with a company that doesn't care about its customers.
As a long term customer, I've seen the ups and downs throughout the years but with this most recent direction it's hard to offer my continued support.
Hopefully Nexon can change and listen to it's customers and make change for the better.

Remove the Sol Erda cap and Revert OZ ring box change, Maplestory has gone downhill over the coming months and makes me wonder if I should continue playing this game even in after the New Age update. Have I wasted 1 year of my time playing this mushroom game? Do you not care about your player base? DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS GAME, BOYCOTT.

Stop gaslighting the playerbase, we are not stupid.

Start making a conscientious attempt of living up to YOUR OWN WORDS, or just shut down the servers already.

Buy a costume for 4,000 gems, nowhere in description does it say you can only dye certain parts, I asked for refund or exchange so I could get a costume I can use, all I get is we are unable to do this. After spending so much money on this game, just to be constantly told any problem is beyond our technical capabilities. I suggest you don’t waste your time on this game. I asked for a refund or exchange for different costume a roll back is NOT a hard thing to do.it’s a good game but customer service is absolutely rubbish. Pity I can’t give it no stars. I would appreciate someone sorting this issue

Garbage company with no power over their games they provide. No response from their team for any of the changes before hand, instead they provide changes in major updates and then say they were bug fixes (when in reality they were nerfs)

Frustrated people in this company that lies about other devs stealing their assets and code when it's actually false. Those devs were so right to leave Nexon, and now you're jealous of their success, you guys are pathetic.
Hope everyone will learn about how bad humans being you guys are, you're only here to make money when others care about their community and video games. SHAME ON YOU.

As a gamer, I have had my fair share of experiences with various gaming companies, but my experience with Nexon America has been nothing but disappointing. The lack of transparency, honesty, reliability, consistency, and ethics is a major concern and has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Starting with the lack of transparency, Nexon America is notorious for hiding important information and not being open about their business practices. They are vague and unclear about their policies, which often leads to confusion and frustration among the players.

Their honesty is also questionable, as they have been caught numerous times lying to the players. Whether it's about the game updates, server maintenance or fixing bugs, they are not truthful and it's a huge concern.

Their reliability is another major issue, as their servers are often down, causing long wait times and disconnections. They fail to provide the level of support that players expect and deserve, which is unacceptable.

Inconsistency is also a big problem. They change policies, rules and game mechanics at their own discretion, leaving players feeling frustrated and powerless. The lack of consistency makes it difficult to understand the game and to enjoy playing it.

Finally, their ethics are questionable as they have been accused of exploiting their players for profit. Whether it's through in-game purchases or other unethical methods, they have shown a disregard for their players and a lack of ethical standards.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Nexon America to anyone. Their lack of transparency, honesty, reliability, consistency, and ethics make them a company that should be avoided at all costs. There are better gaming companies out there that offer a better experience and treat their players with respect.
