Spring Cleaning was the ask and I got so much more! As a 76-year-old who has done her own housework in my retirement, I appreciate the care they took and look forward to seeing them again in one month's time.

Daisy and Wendy did a great job on the deep clean that we did today, and are excited to have them come in regularly. Jorge was easy to communicate with beforehand and everyone was prompt and professional.

They did an amazing job! The house is spotless and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely continue to be a customer and will recommend Next Gen Cleaning!

Amazing job, super impressed, I scheduled an appointment, same day, and they were at my house in 20mins. I breed cats and its embarrassing to say but they pooped and peed in corners we haven't been to in years, we have a wood floor, but they cleaned that all up, I couldn't have asked for more, super professional, I look forward to using this service again!

They did an awesome job cleaning! They were very respectful and made sure to be gentle with moving items that needed to be moved for cleaning. I recommend their services highly!

NOTICE: they do NOT clean everything you agree to up front. The parts they do clean are done very well (super clean and well done), but they make every effort to "skimp" on their services and do less than agreed. If they actually cleaned all they promised, they would be 5 star service, so perhaps others leaving good reviews either didn't care about missed spots or got a better person who actually cleaned all agreed places (only 1 person came to my home but other reviews mention cleaning "crews").

We had the regular home cleaning done, which was agreed at a specific price based on the square footage and they say they do "cleaning everything we can reach" and "we remove dirt and grime, sanitize, vacuum, mop, and clean your entire home. " For my home, they did not mop any of the hardwood floors and they did not touch the laundry room at all (no vacuum, no wiping down). So they charged me based on square footage, but only cleaned about half of the space. Even within the rooms they cleaned, they didn't wipe down any tables (kitchen table, 2 coffee tables). Only 1 out of 4 trashcans was emptied (2 are small bathroom ones and even those were not emptied).

On the positive side, they did a fantastic job at cleaning the sink, tub, toilets. They vacuumed all of the carpeted areas and no complaints there.

All in all, it becomes extremely pricey for such a simple service: $100/hour for vacuuming carpets and wiping down counters, stove, and bathrooms is excessive.

I am a pleased customer! We hired NGC to clean our home that went through a major reconstruction. All my criteria for success were met: proper cleaning, no damages, fulfillment of special requests, ease of communication, met promises and said-done attitude. I picked a fixed-price option that was estimated to be 3.5 hours and team stayed close to 4.5 hours, which spoke of their integrity, they didn’t cut any corners and delivered on the promises.
To put in short, I had a hustle-free experience with NGC, which is exactly what I needed after a long and exhausting house reno!

I was moving out of my apartment, and it was a very chaotic time for me. Jose’s team was very responsive and super friendly.

Alicia was a one-person super crew — she brought all her own cleaning supplies, even a step ladder, which was a relief since I had already emptied my whole apartment of everything.

The service was very reasonably priced for such a thorough job. I only wish I had enlisted their services before moving out of state.

This was supposed to be a "double deep clean. "

The cleaners arrived two hours early at 8 am, despite the contract stating that they would arrive between 10-12. Additionally, they left in the middle of the cleaning without informing anyone, and as a result, they were not able to clean the kitchen or living room as promised due to time constraints on my end (it had already been 3 hours).

I also noticed that the grout in the master bathroom was not cleaned, the trash cans were not emptied, and the inside of the bathroom cabinets were left uncleaned. These oversights were disappointing, especially considering the high expectations we had based on the positive reviews of the service.

We had a wonderful experience with Next Generation Cleaning for our move-out deep cleaning. Jorge, the owner was very professional and helpful over the phone with any questions we had. The cleaners did an outstanding job, were extremely punctual and finished on time as promised. We highly recommend them for cleaning services and will be sure to contact them again in future when in need.

Wow. These guys were great! I had an extended hospital stay, so I was able to hire them without being home for an estimate, and they really came through. Discovered the problem was rodents, and I thought that would up the price.but they delivered quality service at a reasonable cost! Definitely would recommend and use again!

Their cleaning crew showed up after a couple hours notice to clean my apartment during a move-in. They did an excellent deep clean of the kitchen, bathroom, and closets. They were also super fast! And were in and out within 2 hours, making for a decent rate. Highly recommend!

These guys did everything I wanted and more! I had construction workers come through my place and make quite the mess. I called these guys, and within minutes they were reassuring me that they can help restore my home!
