Wasn't what I expected. I was recommended this place and let me tell you it just wasn't it. I don't know what the front staff person name was, Tommy Tomas something like that. Wasn't friendly or welcoming. Truly not a friendly staff. Maybe was a bad day. But won't be coming back.

Run don’t walk to NextHealth Studio City. Someone like me who is only starting my wellness journey feels out of place at a cool place like this and would make a million excuses to “wait until I look better/am better/blah blah blah” but I could not have been more wrong. The staff there are welcoming and kind. They make you feel comfortable and are so knowledgeable and supportive. I did a in body scan and cryotherapy. Both my visits were wonderful. Special shout out to Tommaso who played Eye of the Tiger for my first Cryo when I was scared. Spoiler alert: IT WAS INCREDIBLE!

Wonderful and easy experience! My gym partnered with Next Health for cryotherapy sessions and couldn’t have a better experience! Was very nervous as it was my first time but everyone was very nice and informative and made it a lot less scary than I thought it was going to be!

This place is awesome! Clean, bright, welcoming staff & lots of different wellness options. There’s a parking lot that offers free 90 minute parking as well. I tried the cryotherapy & it was my first time ever doing it. HOW FUN! The room is lit like a dance club & they give you headphones & you can choose your favorite song to jam to while you’re in the cryotherapy session!

I love this place! This my first cryo experience and I loved it. I’ll be back for sure. I have a reoccurring shoulder injury and felt immediately better after cryotherapy. 10/10 recommend

I first came here to get a IV drip! It was absolutely amazing. The staff are very helpful and kind. I now come here all the time for my cryotherapy appointments! I absolutely love it here! I highly recommend.
