Next Level Burger Concord reviews
17Amazing vegan selections! All vegan - burgers & chick'n, they were out of fishless fish. Quinoa, beyond burger, beans, vegan cheeses, ranch sauces, mayo, coleslaw! Amazing onion rings! Drinks are expensive & no refills from what we saw. Indoor & plenty of outdoor seating. Interesting shakes looked delicious, we were too full to try them. Staff was helpful & hard working. Food was delicious and we'll come back. Would've loved fries, green bean tempura fries, fried mushrooms, zucchini, etc - maybe seasonally available? Ate our food before we remembered to take a picture. It was that good.
Pretty good vegan burgers. I enjoyed the meal. If I'm ever in the area I would definitely eat there again.
They are wonderful! Our DoorDash driver was really late and they re made all of our food so it would be warm and fresh for us. Thank you NLB!
Chikn sandwich was bland, sweet potato fries were good, pubcheeze fries didn't taste that good but maybe I should of got the burger instead, and the peanut butter cup shake was fine didn't really taste like peanut butter tho
Amazing vegan burgers and other options, staff is super friendly and cares about the food they put out. Considering it's in a supermarket the atmosphere is not bad, eating on the outside terrace is nice.
If you are new to the vegan diet and need somewhere that helps with the transition this is it.go here and have the comfort of knowing you can have anything on the menu
I ordered hamburgers and fries for my grandkids and the food was terrible, the fries went all to the garbage. I used to order vegan hamburgers from a place at Walnut Creek, but unfortunately they closed. I will never order again from this restaurant. I gave one star since they don’t have zero stars.
Customer service is lovely, but the food has gone down hill, the ingredients, cheese and patty in specific, feel and taste like the quality has been lowered significantly. The classic cheeseburger is not even a cheeseburger, the patty crumbles apart in the first bite and it has no flavor. I used to brag about this spot. But this is definitely my last time here.
This is a MUST go to for any Vegan or even non Vegan out there. The variety of choices and sauces will have you coming back for more. Highly recommend their “chicken” options and special house dipping sauce. I always stop in when Im in Concord, and Meg and Courtney who work super hard are always helpful and courteous.
Where is the next burger joint to experience? Fries oily, lumpy and subpar. Only one house made burger. Is Beyond and Impossible the norm now? Shake was weak, tasted watered down. The fat or protein missing I suspect. Original creations sorely missing here. Settled for what was nearly $30 out the. Customer service was tops, the one highlight of this visit.
Dude it's delicious here but the burgers are so small & way too expensive for the portion size. If they fixed that then this place would be 5 stars for sure. You shouldn't have to buy 2 or 3 burgers to be satisfied when u go somewhere to eat, you know?
My favorite is the American Chzburger with special sauce. The burger is larger than originally and it is just so delicious and very filling. Milkshakes are wonderful. I also love being able to shop at the Whole Foods here and nearby Home Depot Garden Center all in one trip!
I'm always in whole foods, but never tried Next Level. Mostly because I'm allergic to vitamin C and it's a vegan restaurant. I tried the chipotle black bean burger on a gluten free bun and it was amazing. I'd eat this every day. The chipotle sauce is so craveable, and the softest gf bun I've ever had. I also had a milkshake. It was completely over priced, but delicious. I liked they had either soy or coconut available as a base. I'd definitely eat here again. Next time I'll bring my bf. He love it too! The knock off star was for the staff. While friendly, the staff stood right in my eye level, chitchatting and ignoring their customer. After about 2 minutes I said "hello? Anyone working today? " After that it was smooth sailing.
Easy to order online first, shop at 365, then pick up food on the way out. Food is good! Family enjoys eating here. My favorite was the coffee shake, please bring that back.
The food is great, and the gluten-free bun is better than any gluten-free bun I've had. I drive from Sacramento to Next level for the shakes alone. That should tell you everything you need to know.
Great plant based whole food, fast food model biz.
They sell "Almost Meat". Only weak point.
The rest of menu is real good.
We went back 2 consecutive days.
Pretty average American and chipotle burgers. Small in size and less veggies too. No sides either. Kudos for being 100% plant based though.
