Scam! Before realizing the leads were fake, had great customer service. Asked for refund, was told I’d be refunded but still nothing. It’s been 4 mths. Got tired of calling and getting the run around. NextGen leads? Never again!

Negative Stars. Tested as a lead source twice now and I have never had one person answer or respond. Many leads obviously not real people. Obviously fake reviews as well. "Bill Texan"

I highly doubt some of these reviews are legit so let me give my legitimate review (ill also be back to report any changes after my review is posted) i have done calls and leads - you have to spend $1k before you can add a buffer time so you pay once a person calls even if they never connect you will pay $18+ per call i had calls about cat insurance and all i complained they added some secs as soon as i spent my $1k they told me that i should be bidding a minmum of $60 or $1 per second the lower your buffer the more trash calls you will get because the caller won't have to be on the line long for you to tell they aren't good leads - also the leads that aren't calls never answer the phone when you call even if using a decent number for their area - im going to spend another $1k because I want to give a fair assessment and see if this company is legit or not and ill come back and update you all on this company and my findings after another &1k spend

My thoughts are I won’t get any or very very few calls with a 60 sec-120sec buffer bidding the same price as I was bidding at 0-45secs and if that ends up being the case it just will come off to me as they know their leads aren’t good quality so they focus on spending calls to people with little to no buffer but I’ll let you all know honestly

AMs don’t respond for weeks at a time I requested a new one and apparently now I can only talk to support only

Scam these leads have got to be fake - if you ever buy any check the lead IDs they are not valid and then when you ask them about it they make all kind of claims beware

I will be the first one to say every review here is a complete lie the leads are terrible and customer service is horrible i would highly get away from this people as fast as i can.i invested 200$ to get fake leads/bad numbers i would highly recommend you try something else.

Nextgen took away campaign managers for people who invested more than $10k, doesn't make a lot of sense to take away the managers from the people spending money. HOWEVER, shoutout to Jay A.for stepping in and still assisting with my account. I am out of his job duties, and he still is helping me daily. He is prompt, kind, goes out of his way for his clients, and he is by far the best manager I have ever dealt with over the past 3 years of buying leads from multiple sources! THANK YOU JAY A!

Good leads that you would not normally know about. You just have to follow up and be organized.

Garbage company. Exclusive leads that are sold to 20 different people. They recently stole over $800 out of my account. Again I repeat, garbage company.

I received four leads but only one with the correct telephone number. I sent them back and am hoping they will be replaced.

I am really pleased with my overall experience. Eugene has been extremely helpful patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns. Anyone looking to boost their business should consider looking at nextgen for their business needs!

Have always had very good luck with Next Gen leads! Cassie our account manager is just awesome! She gets back to me instantly and has been great at recommending how we should set up our live transfers! Definitely will stick with them!

I purchased into their lead system thinking it would be a good source. So far, out of the 10 leads they have sent me have not fallen under the campaign filters. I have it filtered to target people with no accidents and licensed, and both leads have either had suspended license or many blemishes on their MVR. Absolutely no reason to have a campaign and filters if they have no plans on keeping the leads within those filters. It's just a feature to draw potential clients in but actually has no functionality. As of right now, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After a whole month of waiting. I got no leads. When I follow up I got one Fake Lead. I returned the lead at their suggestion and, when I asked for a refund, they subtracted the bad lead that, they asked me to return. I would not recommend or use NextGenLeads again.it was a complete waste of my time and money.

Save your Money and find a better lead source. NOT one of their TOP best EXCLUSIVE leads panned out. Bad Number, Bad Email or Wrong Number. Sure I would think maybe 2 or 4, but 95% are bad leads. They need a better Filter and be truthful. Heads up your EXCLUSIVE are NOT exclusive.
They are lucky for getting this ONE star.
