My delivery appt was on saturday i came chk in at 7pm on friday they took took 1 hr chk in n out very quick thankyou guyz

2 hours only loaded.my appointment 9 pm. I’m loaded 2: 30 pm but if they are busy may they are not loaded u early.

. Lady at check in counter very rude. Am here since last 4 hours. When i asked her about loading status she misbehaved. Was busy in reading some comic book. If she doesn’t love her job she should quit.

Check in is via intercom on the gate. Got the door straight away. Trailer needs to b clean. Enough room to back safely. In n out in 2 hrs. Check out is on computer while exiting gate. U get to choose ur own seal (for a change). No over nite parking.

Eh what can I say you better have one hell of a clean trailer And no smell they will reject you even if it moderately clean they will reject go to three sisters off of slover ave they do wonders

First time here had a 09: 45 appointment but changed to 11: 00 then they changed to 19: 30 not happening. Not everyone is on the same page now it’s 14: 00 loading wow my 14 hr clock is almost gone.

Niagara is the worst place to work specially working in warehouse they say their all concerned about safety safety first please that’s some bull some one got fired cuz they were on their phone but someone on b shift hit a pole going way to fast hit his head when he crashed and forehead was bleeding plus bent the pole and refused to go to the clinic but because he’s married to someone in corporate office nothing happened to him he came back to work and to top it off they hired some supervisor Afro nite shift who doesn’t anything about his job but cuz he knows someone he still there the worst place to work plus all the main supervisors r sleeping with half the employees no class on sexual harassment at all

As a contractor for niagara bottling its a great company to work for I haul spring water in for them the plant personal are prompt about getting me off loaded and headed back for more spring water.

It is a Factory it's not open to the public so don't visit there. I was delivering parts for a broken machine.
If you want Niagara water visit your local grocery store or neighborhood market

The management is beyond amazing! I cant even express how muc i loved working here the way managment is here is how its suppose to be!

This place is okay. I been here twice and average time for loading is 2-3 hours if you here on time. You check in at gate by intercom. And you do self check out so give right trailer number and other information. There are people sitting in office but they counting hours. If pretty hard to get help from them.

They rejected my trailer because of it's pepper smell. It doesn't make sense for a dry load of bottled water. Trucks spend an average of 1.5 hrs in and out time.

Great place for loading the majority of the time. My several trucks run loads here locally in SoCal for them. As I sit here outside Ontario, CA location though, I reduce my rating to three stars on the verge of two, based on the fact that it shouldn’t take 18 hours to work on an RMA return authorization number when one of their customers refuses to take delivery or already delivered product. Have had load stuck on truck for going on 18 hours now and no answer for return. Plant staff rude when asked for direct contact to get this necessary information for return of their own product that they screwed up and double-shipped!

They took care of me fast once you get their they want you to be ready for everything but once your ready you get out of their quick

Love Niagara! Generous, Caring, family first atmosphere. They provide liquid life to the masses.

Have to admit it's appointment only place do not check in more than 15 minutes before your appointment time.

The worst place i ever ben. Thay not followed the appointments noting at all and thay raises the latinos drivers coms in and out f**** this place and the whater its test lik a sate and thay thaling it's bast whater after i tak a zep i bross my mout 2 tims.
