I'm absolutely horrified at the lack of customer service and support.

2016 - Day 1 player of Pokemon Go.

Two weeks ago, you put a false strike on my account. It's completely false and has really pissed me off.

Your customer service and legal team will not reply to me. I have sent over 200 messages. Not one reply, raised countless support queries. I'm even going through your HR channels.

My account is now worthless and I'm absolutely furious about it. Worse than furious, I want to sue you over this.

I want a written apology before I play or spend another dollar on this game.

I want to know how and why the strike was applied and if it was in relation to routes.

Level 49 player who has spent alot of the game and is considering actions that can be taken.

The sheer amount of ads I have to block/unsubscribe from this company. Pokemon Go was cool during lockdown, but literally nothing since has been of interest or use.

Newest game is Monster Hunter Go. What an abomination that looks to be.

First off giving this company a 1 star is stretching it to the max because they deserve a big fat sparkling 0 star!

This company is nothing but theifs and liers and there recovery team is completely worthless, if you have an account with them stop using it because they using you and if you don't have an account don't get one save yourself because this company steals from its customers. I've took a break from this game but before I did I purchased some coins and had life issues come up needless to say when I did try to return I have had switched over email and Google accounts with my recovery email all change since I last been on this account reached out got asked 1000 questions I answered 999/1000 when it come to coins they will come up with every excuse to not recover your account I've answer when the account was made where it been whats on it from shinies to high CP pokemon. EVERYTHING! And it doesn't matter if you have 1 coin or 50k coins they will not recover your account.hell I even offer to send in a hair follicle to get this account back guess what! It's apparently not good enough! Enjoy the account Niantic you lost another one!

Worst game company out there. They let black and white dragons that look like the K. K. K.in their games like Zekrom, Reshiram and Kyurem. Lies get spread by the people Pokémon and this company pays. They don’t care about offensive content because they’re busy copying and pasting models of Pokémon they didn’t even make.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS COMPANY AND HOW BADLY THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF. THIS COMPANY EMPLOYS SCAM ARTISTS AND THEY INDOCTRINATE SCAM LIKE GAMES ON THE PUBLIC. #BanNiantic

I hate everyone that works there. Predatory games, made by predatory people. It makes sense they are based out of a garbage city.

They shouldn’t be in business with the state of their customer service. They tell me to go somewhere else and when you complain about designs of the Unova legendaries (for example: Zekrom looks like the KKK’s knight hawks) they say that they don’t exist. They are in the Pokédex and I’m sure they’re doing it because they don’t want their app banned.

Niantic cannot come up with an original successful idea if they tried. The Zekrom and Reshiram models are disgusting including Kyurem because they all have designs like the clothing klansmen still use to this day. All of their apps need to be discontinued. All this company knows is how to fake their way to the top and anger their own players.

Shame on this company with extremely low standard technology. A waste of the Pokémon theme.

GO needs to be shut down already and people need to stop funding Niantic’s awful projects. Also, their app currently as of writing has a white dragon reshiram with privates and a black dragon zekrom that looks like a knight-hawk from the KKK. Those two dragons have a KKK theme for no reason and Niantic has done nothing about it. Just because their apps are free, doesn’t mean they aren’t making money off you. Uninstall their applications for your safety because they are spyware and contain inappropriate characters not suited for younger audiences.

Niantic is a greedy and corrupt organization that mistreats it's player base and totally lacks any form of meaningful communication with said player base. Investing in any of their games and merchandise is a waste of your time and money. Don't say I didn't warn you.

They clearly don't want to manage their mobile games anymore and would rather kill them than try to make a good game. If you can't handle it, give it to someone else.

Petty company unable to listen to criticism. They hate the rural player and the middle class customer of their games

Awful company who makes widespread sweeping decisions about what is "best" for its player base without actually listening to said players. This new update is not only elitist and ableist, but it is extremely harmful to the community locally and globally. After 7 years of continuous play and hundreds of dollars spent, I have now uninstalled the game. I'll consider coming back if Niantic changes course and puts its players above data mining and profits.
