Nice 1 Hour Photo, Fontana CA

When I went there to get me and my dads passport photos the lady helping us kept talking over my dad and ‘recommended’ is the amount of photos we should take. I say recommend because she kept cutting him off and saying for immigration papers he’ll need 2 and I’ll need 2 instead of the 4 we requested for me. She was rude and kinda scoffed when he corrected her and said something along the lines of “ok whatever”. When it came down to taking my pictures she took one look at me and scrunched her face in disgust before telling me “ok you’re doing too much and get rid of all that” while motioning to my face! The Audacity! I was so thrown off with her customer service and vocabulary when she could have said I needed to take off my nose ring and earrings for the photo. I do not recommend this place for its horrible customer service and slow service!

I love that they process camera film in house and I don't have to wait a week or more to receive it in the mail. They are very helpful and nice as well. My daughter and I take our film there all the time.

Lovely little shop I'm a first time film photographer and they did beautiful work with my 35mm very fast a gem of a place I completely recommend

Seriously the best! As a professional photographer, THIS is where I go to develop my film. I also got my passport photo taken here. I absolutely love this place.

I would never go anywhere else to get film developed! Turnaround time is super super fast (last time was only a couple hours and with expired film at that!). Have never been so impressed with a business - hope they're around forever and ever: ') <3
