The sales people are somewhat impersonal and detached. It's basically a self-help experience; and that's with just a couple customers present.

Worst experience there, I went to get some raffle tickets and shop around. 4 employees just on there phones. Asked for help… took them about 30 min to help me smh. Later asked them if I could join the raffle for the dunks & kobes and gave me a “bruh why” type of attitude, and a very cocky attitude as well. They practically threw me the ticket I was supposed to fill out. Later I walk out the store and see a female walk in. Goes to the back door then see her come out with a box of dunk and yeezys. Back door.

3/18/21 4pm PCT walked in to the store walked around for a good 10 mins showed interest in a shoe sat down and waited for help, there where 4 staff members and 3 clients more then enough staff to reach out to me for help made several eye contact w staff but was not given the time of day. Shoe collection kinda weak you can find most if not all does shoes at Foot Locker for a better price and with better service. When ur theme of ur store is to stand apart from the main chains and to show ur more down to earth then a simple " Hello can I help u find anything? " will stand u above the crowed. The show I was interested on was 189.00 just saying.

Returned again recently to buy some shoes, great selection, very helpful staff person and no up-sell at all. Super!

They set me up with the best brooks running shoe ever.and the sales guy was right, at first my "aggressive" orthodic (ok, it was uncomfortable as hell) has now formed to my foot perfectly.

One pair per person but only for specific shoes.other pairs they let people buy as many as they want to, be aware. They also open at 11 am not 10.

I had a case of sesamoiditis last year, and after 5 months of rest and healing I was itching to get back on my feet with a new pair of running shoes.

I was nominated by my boss for a free pair of Hoka sneakers for healthcare workers and I was shocked and so grateful for the acknowledgement of the hard work that we do by all involved. I liked those Hoka Bondi sneakers so much for being on my feet at work that I bought another pair for at home use. I got great feedback from the staff as to what hoka sneaker would fit my feet best. I am happy to know that this wonderful brick and mortar shoe store with its highly competent and caring staff exists.

Really nice customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable manager that helps you understand how to improve your running form as well as offer a variety of shoes to try. Love this store

Had a great time here! Nikki was awesome, intelligent, and welcoming. She helped me learn more about shoes & how important they can be for your feet. With her help I bought three pairs of new shoes! They weren't even on sale haha!

With so many people having knee/join/hip problems, I take my running shoes very seriously, but even I have forget to switch them up after every 500 miles. Luckily, On the Run is close to where I live and are EXCELLENT at helping you find the perfect pair of shoes.

They carry wides without the need to special order, which makes my really fat kid sized footsies feel so happy. They saved me when See Jane Run neglected to mention the order I placed three weeks ago will never come in.ever. I will be back indeed.

There's no reason to buy womens shoes anywhere but here. They've got something for everyone's style and they have half sizes which is a huge plus for me. Men's shoes aren't as plentiful but the available selection is quite good. Be sure to head to the back to check out the clearance section too. I've gotten some steals at 75% off back there. Boots and shoes as low as 5 bucks? Why yes, I'll take two!

Two words- SHOP HERE! These guys are awesome, hand down and as far as I'm concerned this is hte only place I will shop for running shoes again.
