I don't usually post comments but felt that this experience needed to be shared. Ernesto Alvarez who serviced us was extremely professional and courteous. His methodology and communication was at this point the most positive I've encountered. Truly a standout individual.

I called Nick's Dryer Vent when we started noticing that our LG dryer was not completely drying our laundry. We suspected that the vent was blocked. Carlos arrived ahead of time and was able to identify the problem immediately. He took a picture of the inside of our dryer vent and we were shocked to learn just how bad the situation was. Carlos swiftly cleaned our dryer vent and even gave us recommendations on some other issues with our dryer. Carlos inspected the outside of our 2-story house and told us that our outside vent and flap are actually on the roof of our house and that the flap is only half opened with all kinds of debris trapped there. So, although the clogged vent problem was not completely resolved, at least we now know how to proceed. I would definitely recommend this company.

The team was on-time, professional, and wore booties into the house. They discovered that not only was the lint built up in the pipes, but the pipe in the attic was detached and blowing lint all over! They fixed it and also switched out the hose in the back of the dryer with one that collapses so it will not get bent and cut off the air flow. I now have a year warranty in case there are still issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nick's team was great and he was able to schedule us in very short notice. Our washer died on us, so we opted to replace both since both were over 20 years old. After purchasing new units and getting the install date, we realized we should get the vent cleaned since the old dryer has been in place so many years. So my wife reached out to them over a weekend. She explained we would be getting the new appliances the following Wednesday and that I was also scheduled for dental surgery the following Monday. So our window for getting it done was really short. Nick, reached out to us over text since I couldn't talk due to my surgery. Got everything setup and sent his guys over. They were very kind and courteous. Got the job done quickly so there was no issues getting the new appliances installed. Thank again Nick and team for squeezing us in on short notice.

Nick's team led by Eddie did an excellent job. They were in and out in 45 minutes. They replaced the flexible vent tube coming out of the dryer for free. We took advantage of the 15% discount for new clients.

Great Organization! The Owner actually talks to you personally, and tries to help you solve your problem. If that doesn't work, Nick sends his outstanding Crew to solve the issue. There is more to just cleaning your lint trap on your dryer.ours was clogged from the wall to the roof.it's a wonder our house didn't catch fire. Its not common to find a great Company like this. Call them, and you won't regret it.

We had such a great experience with Nick's Dryer and Vent Cleaning. It was the first time we have had out HVAC system cleaned. I have heard stories about dryer vents causing fire so we wanted to ensure our vents were properly cleaned. Nick's Dryer and Vent Cleaning were so friendly and efficient. They made sure no mess left behind, they accessed all of the vents without any damage. They were friendly and efficient. Our air is much cleaner and isn't stuffy like it was before. I have breathing issues and have been using Nick’s since I moved into my house in 2016. My medical doctor recommended using Concrobium for mold eradication and that is already what Nick uses inside my vents. Concrobium cleans without blowing toxic chems into the house. Nick was ahead of the game in protecting my family’s health.
