I don’t believe I can put into words how grateful we are to Niels RV for all they did for us when purchasing our travel trailer. I requested an inventory check thru the manufacturer to find us the travel trailer we were looking for and Niels reached out. Nick was our salesman and he went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable with such a larger purchase. The travel trailer was one of only a few in Southern California and they graciously accepted a deposit to hold it for us as we were waiting a month or so with other commitments before we could pick it up. Upon arrival Nick walked us thru the whole trailer front to back top to bottom to show us how everything worked. Finance paperwork was ready to be signed and correct when the time came. Trailer was equipped with sway bars and batteries which we purchased and working as advertised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Niels RV to anyone that is looking to purchase a camper! Thanks again for everything Nick, and staff!

Cummins/Onan certified service. But they wouldn't look at my generator because it's mounted on a food truck. What's the difference? It's the same generator. I don't need you to fix my truck, just make sure the generator works fine.
I spoke briefly with staff on the phone, inquiring about an RV. The staff member had what I felt was an abrupt and unwelcoming phone personality - giving short responses, and not having any pleasantness in his tone. I felt as though I was inconveniencing him by speaking with him or asking any questions.
Great source for RV parts, expert staff, nice clean parts department and special orders too.

Extremely knowledge on the many brands and styles of trailers and RVs. Not much in stock due to the overwhelming demand, but they are happy to take you around to what they have and take your order to have it delivered.
Tony in the service dept is super helpful. He has always addressed my concerns about my trailer and is super truthful about what I need or don't. Totally recommend them.
Just brought my Aliner Camper into Neil’s for a couple repairs before we embarked on the second leg of our cross country trip. I was in and out on two separate days within hours. They did an excellent job on the plumbing fix I needed and they fixed a battery power issue within minutes.
Tony and Walter in service were excellent. The prices were very reasonable and I was able to pick up a bunch of additional parts that I needed from their parts store.
We have had such a wonderful experience dealing with Tony getting our Wolf Pup trailer. Very professional and a great deal. Gary has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to deal with when it comes to add-ons and financing. Highly recommend.
Called parts today, questioned the price I was quoted and told the guy I saw the same thing online for half the price. He replied"I am online" and hung up. I tried to call back and was left on hold. Tried to support a local business, but I guess its back to Amazon.
I just bought a 1994 Fleetwood prowler. I am in the midst of remodelling it and upgrading interior. It was in great condition. I just wanted to make it even better. I know little to nothing about campers so I am in the learning stages. I was actually referred to niels by someone who got parts here over 10 years ago and said they were knowledgeable and helpful. So I took a drive over after calling parts and explaining what I needed (30 feet of T molding) over the phone I was told to bring a sample. 2 gentlemen were in parts the 1st gentleman was short and rude Pretty much an expansion of how he was on the phone. He had a negative attitude in my needs like it was a bother to even help me. There were other items I was inquiring about. So the other gentleman offered his assistance and was very helpful. In the end I walked out as a customer and business they lossed before they even began. I was basically told by salesman #1 to leave an open credit card for an order that would never be confirmed with an amount because supposedly Fleetwood would never confirm the cost of mailing the parts. I found this to be absurd and on the level of fraud. To request a customer leaving an open credit card for business to charge whatever they wanted and be told there would absolutely be no refund I could not legitimise the gentleman's argument. There just seems to be a lack of transparency, honesty or integrity in this situation and circumstances. So I walked out a frustrated and unhappy customer. The next day I then of course called Fleetwood, who also said leaving a credit card open as I explained, sounded fishy. Noting Fleetwood would definitely give a price on shipping before finalising a sale.
In today's climate integrity is everything. Campers and RVs are investment You want to know somebody is not ripping you off.
