I ordered a diffuser on July 10th it’s been 2 months I called 3 times they said some tins next week & yet still haven’t shipped anything.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Thank you night motorsports.all I can say is great business, great customer service, and Chris was fantastic, friendly, and willing to go the mile for me. I highly recommend night motorsports, new customers please be patient on the order you may place they do not carry stock they use a distributor.overall very pleased with this company.thank you again Chris and enjoyed talking to you, and thank you to the owner very up front guy.

Ordered my carbon fenders a month ago and haven't received any updated for about 3 weeks now. Sent customer service a email and haven't received any feedback in 4 days, when it says 24-48 hours.

Don’t waist your time ordering parts through this nightmotorsport! Worst customer service I have ever experienced… because there is no customer service! I have emailed several times just trying to get an answer on the status of my order or to see if there is a tracking number yet. It has been over two months with no answer. I would recommend spending a little extra money somewhere that’s actually reputable. Do not waist your time or support this company by ordering parts from them unless you don’t plan to work on your vehicle any time soon.

DO NOT BUY FROM NIGHT MOTORSPORT!
I ordered from these guys in may.still am getting the run around in some plastic front lip. Lol
I tried to cancel the order and was told it would be taken care of as soon as I got off the phone with them. Still waiting on them to acknowledge the email. They said I had to send an email to have it in writing that I wanted to cancel. Otherwise I couldn’t cancel the order. They said I’ll get the lip in October, but they have been saying I’ll get it shipped every month that passes. I typically talk to the same guy I never got his name, but super unprofessional.
I was going to wait to post this review, but have pretty much accepted I will never get my part, or my money back.they even said if I cancel my order I’ll lose 25% of what I paid since it’s a special order.these guys are just con artists and stealing peoples money. I hope they lose business.
I also changed my order to something they said they had in stock, but now are telling me they don’t have it, and they manufacturer is actually not going to make it again until October, which is exactly when they told me I’d get my original part. They have made it very clear they are hoping I’ll forget and they just get to keep my money.

Don’t order anything from this company a complete dumb honestly I ordered a carbon fiber hood took 3 months for them to just tell me there shipping crew all quit so they didn’t have a delivery person to take the hood and deliver it so I said fine I just want a refund they said ok emailed me my refund ticket and waited another month call them again they said they don’t have anything on file for it so they don’t know if what I was true so I said I had the email that someone from there support team send me saying they got my refund going and it will take 4 to 7 business days he said well then someone is not doing there job right and that he would make a not for there accounting team because he can’t do anything on he’s end so I said well can I talk to accounting then. Then he said no they are out rn so it’ll be tomorrow so I said ok hung up the phone called back hit 5 for accounting and then this woman answered and I said are you counting? She’s said yes so I said well I just called a minute ago and they said no one was there so what’s going on she said hold on and then came back and said well I’m not actually accounting the actual guy is out but she works by him and can start the process for the refund and she will call me back in 15 minutes I said ok waited three hours called again this time it was the guy again from there online sales rep answer it and I said hey she said she will call me back in 15 and I heard nothing back and he said well we are short staffed and it’s a new system that’s she’s trying to figure out right now so when she does she’ll give me a call back highly disappointed in the service and my hood never even gotten shipped out and they want to charge me a restocking fee even tho they have done a horrible job in communicating with there customer didn’t even try and offer a lil bit of my money if I kept the Oder for them taking to long or nothing would never buy or recommend anything from this company

I ordered 2 bumpers in early June of this year. I then filed a return in July and accepted the terms and the 25% restocking fee. No word until September 8th that they are at my doorstep. I called around 10 times throughout end of July and august and was told my order was being canceled and that I would receive a email. Never got one email. And the return that was on “accountings desk” never went through.then I ask if I can send them back and they expect me to pay for shipping which was almost 500$! My almost 900$ purchase would have been near 100$ in return. I understand that the company is smaller but that is ridiculous.

Well I sure wish I would have looked at these before I placed my order going on 4 months now also. I am so disappointed and still no one will e mail me back about when my order will be shipped. They even got me for "shipping insurance" turns out no one responds to your emails from there either. Yet another scammer getting away with it. Will be in touch with BBB the next business day.

Horrible online service, ordered a CF hood for my car and it’s been over a month since I ordered! Everytime I call they tell me something different, I have recored all calls since they told me it was going to be shipped out. Said was to ship out last Friday the 1st, called today and said getting ready to ship, all recorded calls. So crazy

Just wow. What a terrible company. If you need any parts I recommend going ANYWHERE else than this dump. Took 4 months to deliver a turbo blanket. Not to mention I’ve already tried to cancel my order 3 times! Got an email finally after calling in a few times saying they got my cancellation request. Figuring I would just get 75% of my money back. But nope! They just sent it anyhow. Company is very shady. Never gives you an honest answer just empty promises. This place should be shut down.

I placed an order for a new ECU and all parts for it for $4000. The only update I got was over a month later which said “ready to process” and then nothing after. It’s been 4 months since I placed my order and I check the status every now and then. When I checked it today it said that the product is no longer for sale and cannot be reordered. My status says “Null”. I was never notified about my order status and the fact that it’s suddenly unavailable. I’ve reached out to them multiple times and haven’t heard anything back. I’m hoping I’ll be able to get a hold of them for a refund if it hasn’t already been put through.

DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY! My husband and I have the same story as everyone else…we ordered MT tires months ago and still getting the run-around on shipment. Last week we were told they were finally shipping through FeEx. No tracking number was received. During the follow-up call, we were told the tires haven’t been made due to a rubber shortage (a rubber shortage? That’s the best you could do?)! Night provided the contact info for MT but, surprise surprise, the number was for a shipping company. Also a shocker, each time we call back and tell them the name of the person we spoke to previously, they say no one by that name works there.
These people are crooks.
If we are able to get a refund, I will update this review.

Great service, fast order process, lots of options for payment. I accidentally ordered the wrong part and they responded to my cancellation order on a Saturday within an hour so that I could order the right parts. Many sites would have let the order go through the following Monday forcing you to process a return in hopes you’d just keep the products. Will buy from here again.:)

I placed an order for some HPS silicon coolant hoses. Although I wasn’t aware the product was on back order I was told they it will take a few weeks/months to receive said order. I was called during business hours by Jorge and he informed be that the specific color I wanted would not be available for some time but if I didn’t mind changing the part color he would have it shipped out immediately. Once again thanks Jorge for the quality customer service, will be shopping with NightMotorSport in the future.
