I would like to highly recommend Dr Sebastian East,
I unexpectedly had to have a tooth removed.
Dr East made me feel so comfortable and in my heart I knew I was in good hands.
He is a very caring Doctor and he did a great job. As I’ve had very little swelling to the 2nd day no swelling. I’ve only had to take advil for pain. Which my pain level as of day 3 as truly been none.
I so highly recommend Dr East and the whole team.
They made me feel highly valued to how sensitive I felt and took my feelings into making me feel better about getting this procedure done!

Dr. Sebastian East performed a delicate tooth extraction on me Aug 16,2023 yesterday morning and I am so happy with his work. I broke my jaw in three places in a car accident and one break was under the gum line in between the two roots of my lower left wisdom tooth #17. Dr. Sebastian was very considerate & polite, talked me thru every step he did & that helped assuage my fears, made me quite comfortable.
I had very little bleeding, hardly any pain post-op and the stitching was so clean you can hardly tell there is an incision. He loves what he does and he really genuinely cares for his patients. He later called to see how I was doing, which is rare nowadays.
I am forever grateful to him for doing such a great job of extraction, cleaning out the infection, bone grafting all in an unbelievably short time.

The staff is top-notch. I feel really good about the care I have received from them. I would highly recommend their services!

Kind staff, clean office. They failed verify my insurance which they said after consult and xrays -they dont accept, I paid 300.00 for the visit and xrays. They should verify insurance first not after treatment/ exams performed.

Loved the office- All staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The process of our visit was quick and efficient and we left with little to no questions.

We love Dr Betita! He was wonderful with my son and totally put him at ease after a traumatic fall broke his front teeth and split his lip. He went above and beyond by staying late to see us and was so calm and caring while he assessed the situation and stitched him up. He explained everything clearly, reassured us we could reach out with any questions, and followed up the next morning. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Had an appointment for my son and cannot speak highly enough of this office from start to finish. Everyone was very professional. Warm greeting from the front desk, calm atmosphere, the assistants were caring and competent. Office ran on time. And Dr. Betita sat down with me and discussed what was going on with my son and gave us his undivided attention. He was caring and kind and very knowledgeable. I felt confident we were getting the best care available at this office. Highly recommend!

My 8-year-old son came in to get a tooth extracted after a failed attempt by his regular dentist. We were all very nervous as my son would have to be put under anesthesia for the first time. We researched and called multiple places before deciding on Niguel Coastal Oral and Facial Surgery.

From the moment I called, I knew this was the right place. I felt both professionalism and warmth from the staff on the phone and again as soon as we walked through the door. The staff was very organized, friendly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel at ease.

Dr. Betita provided the consult but was unavailable for the extraction as we had hoped, but Dr. East was available the day we needed the procedure done. Because we did not meet Dr. East, we felt unsure, but the staff offered to pull him aside and have us meet him. When we met him, we were reassured by his confidence and the connection he made with our son. It's exactly what we needed.

The procedure went well, and my son was happy with the experience, giving thumbs up and said "I want him to be my dentist". We are so thankful we went with this group. Every single person in this office went far and beyond any medical experiences we have had.

Dr. Baker is awesome! I had previously had him do some surgery about 6 years ago. I was so impressed with his work, I have flown back to CA from FL to have him do my oral surgery this time. Every single person in his office from the receptionist to the nurses can answer your questions without having to ask someone else. Dr Baker is worth flying across the country for! There is nobody better!

The consultation for a tooth extraction and implant was excellent! I have scheduled the extraction for next week (to allow for healing before we go to Kauai) and the implant for January after the holidays. Great flexibility on timeframes. I have had 2 implants from this practice over the years and the work has been smooth/efficient/satisfying.

I have had to have a lot of dental work over the past couple of years and now I'm having oral surgery again. I am so grateful to my dentist for referring me to this office. Everyone was amazing, helpful and kind. Dr Baker answered all my questions and I feel that I'm in very good hands with him. I'm looking forward to being able to eat without pain.
