6The gate guard working the microphone at 2: 40am 8/13 was completely rude and incompetent to my guest. After I had previously called in a guest around 8 PM that evening I received a phone call at 2: 30 AM from my guest claiming that the gate was refusing her access to the community and refusing to speak to me over the phone. The gate also claimed that they had called me and that I refused access to my guest. If your having to wake every resident at a home at 2: 30am just for our guest to gain access your doing your job WRONG.
The office is very unhelpful and combative, and very unreasonable and rude.

I attended a beautiful baby shower at the home owners association building. Excellent room and amenities.
A wonderful and varied beach community behind guarded gates with beach access and superlative recreation facilities offering huge pool, spa, sauna, patios, playground, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and an amazing maze of paths through the community! Plus connects with miles of paths and beaches outside the community.
Beautiful place to live or visit. You can’t go wrong with the ocean views, private beach access, community pool and clubhouse, tot lot and more. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, kept very clean and the gate access personal is always friendly and helpful. This is the place to live in Dana Point.
