Nike Factory Store, Ontario CA

Not a fan of this place but my family members like it. I did find things for my kids size 15 foot here but the service is 50/50.

Every time I went to the to the Nike store I always get some good shoes good on a good price and is worth the wait and it's always cheaper than any other store I ever went to and they got wide selection of Nikes yes I would definitely recommend anybody that's looking for some Nike shoes

I give 2 stars because the people that are there to assist you are kind of rude. I ask a girl to help me whit the price of a pair of shoes and she left me hanging whit the box in the air and walk away

Great store, great prices however some of the employees are just straight up rude while some are the nicest and most helpful people ever!

I had an amazing experience I had a cashier by the name of areana who rang me up then had to return everything n ring it back up to give me my discount she was very kind she took her time to make sure I got all my discounts the prices was good the store was clean everyone kept asking if I needed help when I had a question I looked up and someone was always near to help will definitely be back

What can I say about the "Swoosh" factory store. Love the place. A knowledgeable staff always there to assist. Can I say "just do it"?

I always find a little treasure for me at this store and using the specials I save a lot coming here and avoiding others STORES.this is good and they have infinite of models of tennis shoes to choose. @@@@

Had to stand in line to enter the store, but it was a fairly short wait. NICE selection for an outlet store! Plenty of styles for everyone in shoes and clothing. I was impressed by the employees as well. They were very friendly and helpful with questions people had about where to find products or a certain size. Would recommend!

Great place to get good deals on Nike shoes. Had a tough time finding helpful attendants, but once we did, they were great.

I actually had no idea this outlet mall was there, but I happened to see it on my way to the Ontario Airport. On my way back home I decided to stop on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy, I didn't mind. Stood in line, but was a short wait. The store was great! Good selection of Nike styles from basketball shoes, to running shoes and in between. Nice clothing and some clearance items of interest in men's and women's sections. The employees were so kind and helpful! I never heard any of them complain or grumble about all the shoppers. They kept up with the pace! Will defo return for another visit.

Nothing really to desire in this location since the pandemic. Before that I use to shop here every week and leave with bags of primo items. Hope they get back up to speed soon. Today was disappointing yet again

Today I went to purchase shoes for my Dad 91 and my mum 88 years old! Due to Covina it’s hard for my parents to try shoes but Alfredo v and manager Johnny allow my parents chair so they can try the shoes! We were impressed by the service and their kindness. The respect truly earn them a credit towards the behavior for seniors. Highly recommended this store for excellent service we got! God bless you and that shoes the true American hospitality. Great! Love the options with shoes and clothing amongst other things. Great customer service, they also consider covid, wiping the counters in between customers. I would definitely recommend

Love shopping here, they have great selections and the staff were super helpful. Picked up a few pairs and might go back to finish up some Christmas shopping.

I went to the store on Sunday around 11: 30am. I should have gone earlier to avoid waiting in the line. I went there to do shoes exchange for a pair of shoes that the Redlands store didn't have my size but already processed the returned shoes. The Redlands store refused to call the Ontario Mills store yesterday when I asked them to call and hold the shoes with my size for me. When I got to the cashier at Ontario Mills, I was told that I would be paying a regular price, not the price that I paid on Black Friday, because I returned the shoes at another store. The Redlands store should have not processed my returned shoes if they did not have my size in their store; they should have checked their inventory first before processing my exchange request. Fortunately, Jessica, Chris, and Tia at the Ontario Mills store honored the price that I paid on Black Friday as a courtesy/exception. Thanks to them, otherwise, my trip from Redlands would have been a waste of my time. Lesson learned here: always ask the associate to bring the replacement shoes before giving the shoes that are already purchased (even if you already tell them that you want to do an exchange, not a return).
