Nike Factory Store, Gilroy CA

I had an above and beyond experience when I came in looking for training and running shoes. JJ was the manager on shift that helped me. He answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end (even rang me up at the register!). AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKS JJ!

Theft in plain sight! A man just grabbed some items and ran through the emergency door. No employee or anyone at the store was trying to stop the crime.

Although I couldn't find the stuff I want here, but the sales associate was very nice and provided the clear direction to find my stuff. I would say that sales associate is very knowledgeable around the area and the status about other stores in the Plaza. I'm amazed on his attitude and knowledge.

I visited on a Saturday and it was very crowded. It's a better store to buy shoes than clothes.

Seemed way more than other nike outlets ive been too.their discount wall was crazy expensive with markdown.not going out of my way to stop next time through the area.

Great location to find great deals on kids shoes. Typical visit is usually an easy $200 and that's shoes for 3 kids and clothes for mom) Thanks Nike. Good selection of hard to find styles.

Great selection, and the prices are often better than you'll find online, due to the frequent sales. It can get a bit crowded sometimes, and they keep somewhat unusual hours, so just check out their Maps page before heading over.

It was good I exchange some shoes, they were very nice and friendly I did not have any issue.

Better selection here than the other Nike outlets in the South Bay, yes they actually carry the hard to find medium sizes here! Problem is the service, it’s busy and the staff can’t keep up at times.

I decided to stop at the Gilroy store to pick up some Nikes for My family and I. When I first came in I was not greeted by any staff even though there was someone at the entrance, and as I walked around the store I continued to see employees in your store that did not speak, but instead just looked at me instead of asking if I need assistance. Customer service lacked majorly and if you're anything like me, I do not give my funds to establishments that lack customer service. So I did not purchase anything. This was a great opportunity to make several purchases and unfortunately it was a missed opportunity that should require additional training to your staff, so it does not happen in the near future.

I always have good experiences at this location, i went down there today and the cashier was very nice and helpful, this weekend has been busy because of Black Friday, and store was still decent clean. I noticed much more employees this time that’s a good thing for business, they closed at 7 on Sundays and 8 on weekdays

Went to the Nike store n the sales clerk was awesome went all out. Made my Xmas easier my kids were super happy thank you Nike for hiring this individual.

Increased price on Thanksgiving. It's like giving $50 for anything. If you want something good, expect $80+. For me, this is outrageous.

Now this is my place. Jordan this Jordan that. I love the Nike outlet. I'm buying something there at least every 3 days!

My Cousin was looking for some special shoes he can't find easily in Nicaragua (where we are from) and he found them here for half the price they go for in Nicaragua. He's going to be the envy of every one of his friends in school now! He was so happy that he bought two pairs of shoes. The Gilroy Outlets are excellent you find stuff there that is cheap, cheap, cheap!
