Nike San Francisco

Nike's customer service was super. At first it did not look like they had what I was looking for. But they took the extra effort to look over their merchandise in the back of the store enabling me to walk out with two football jerseys precisely as I desired. I would recommend this Nike flagship store in Union Square to anyone.

I love the multi-level organization. The employees are helpful and they have a wide variety of options. Highly recommend going in an open mind and wallet

For a name like"nike town" you would imagine a place with lots of shoes but it was. More like 5 floors of nothing.instead walk. 03 miles about 5 blocks to westfield mall.now thats a place and i found some jordans that were sold out everywhere. I was so happy i found something good and didnt waste my day and gas.they gotta step there game up just being honest.

This store has the worst self-centered employees. I can’t believe it! Not coming back here again and considering not buying from Nike ever again.

The two employees in the entrance just spoke among themselves as if they weren’t working there. Only acknowledged people who bought their merchandise, otherwise they won’t say anything and go on about their mediocre day. Loved the layout of the store though!

The flagship Nike store! And I'll surprise this that shoes take up such a small percentage of the floor space. Lots of apparel for men women and children. Pretty cool stuff but as you know it's not cheap.

This place looks nice the shoe selection is horrible. Felt like I was at an art museum with 5 paintings rather than a shoe store. Would not recommend and that small shoe selection is very dull. Horrible

Love Nike! I grab 80% of my athletic gear at this store. Pretty well stocked and the staff always greet you with a smile and are super helpful!

Bummed didn't have the shoes in my size, and the item I went for not in stock. Guess I'll just keep walking around like a Seahawk.

Have a great selection of shoes. Some of the staff is very attentive however some are off talking to each other to where you have to go up to them to get service.

I’ve never been inside a store where employees will sit around and talk to each other and never even bother to acknowledge our presence. Not even when the associate with the pigtails almost ran into me. On all four floors no one even looked up to say hello, and I didn’t see them greet anyone else in the store. Choose to spend your money where you are valued and it’s clear customers are not valued here.

Great store.store is spacious and well laid out, products are well displayed and the is a positive vibe.

Best part was the friendly and knowledgeable staff.the really went out of their way to answer my question and guide me to the right product.

Overall great experience

Terrible shopping experience at the Nike store. The merchandise was dull and uninspiring; numerous sales people standing around, talking to themselves and not customers; the fitting rooms were closed due to COVID, but the elevators were packed with people so I had to walk down six flight of stairs. I left thinking that I will never return

It's really neat, the workers are nice. However it is San Francisco so the workers are not as attentive as they should be, but it was a good time.

InWent here thinking they would have every NIKE ever made in history! This was not the case at all lol! They have a lot of NIKE clothes, more clothes than shoes for sure I noticed! Didn't have my size (of course) in the one pair that I wanted! The staff was really nice and helpful thats all it has going for it!
