Very small Nike store. It's one of the smallest I've ever been to. Seems like they carry mostly women's Nike items. But very nice, nice staff, and they seem to have mostly the latest stuff. It's not like an outlet store. The mall that it's located in is VERY nice, nice crowd, and best of all. Pet Friendly. Seems pretty safe, too.

This location is amazing! I’ve called twice now to check for shoes in stock and they’re sooo nice about setting them aside for me to pick up. Stephen was amazing and took care of faulty laces and even gave us water. Tremendous customer service! Thank you

Customer service at this location is awful and so unwelcoming every time. This is the second time the staff has made me extremely uncomfortable when trying to to do a simple exchange for the exact same item in a different size. The staff just huddled around the register glaring at me rolling their eyes as if I had done something wrong. Just go to a different Nike store if you need any help.

The store is great but I like the others better where there are many more models displayed,

Fancy location. Clean store. Attentive staff. Not too many larger sizes in clothing available to pick up right away.

Great customer service, all employees were very attentive and helped my 13 yr old find his Nike Air force 1's. He left making his first big purchase and feeling great about it! Thank you to the employees on shift yesterday morning.

Prices are outlet prices for some stuff, but like 10% or less. The rest is full price, no good deals and not a great selection on clothes. Sneakers were ok

Accompanied a friend here while she was looking for shoes. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. My friend was able to find a great pair of walking shoes and a decent price.

My family and I have been to plenty of Nike stores and have always had great experiences. At this store there was no greeting, everyone had a crazy look on their face and not multicultural friendly at all. We were there for a pick up order but also ended up looking around. Customer service was really bad they acted as if we were bothering them when we asked a question. Maybe this store is not built for the kind of people who buy Nike products.

Literally got glared at for walking into the store and intruding on her flirting with a coworker then got stared at for 5 minutes while we were trying to figure out what shoes fit our needs the best with no assistance from her, once we started picking uo the $200 is when we got slow walk over asking what we want. Terrible customer service and rude girl. Tall short black hair.

Seems more like a store for brand awareness than sales and traffic. All the stock is kinda boring. No special release sneakers, not really much of anything. Your average foot locker is 3-4x the size. So, not mad at it, but not really worth a trip imo. Maybe just pop in if you’re already there? For actual stuff you’d wanna buy, Factory Store is a way better bet.
