NimbleRx, Redwood City CA

My daughter’s ENT recommended NimbleRx for a prescription that she needed ASAP. I paid for expedited shipping to receive it the next day; it didn’t arrive. I called the local number and was told that they are aware of shipping delays that have been happening for over a week. I asked why expedited shipping was even an option when I checked out. The pharmacist didn’t have an answer for that. They are refunding what I paid for the shipping, but were not open to exploring other overnight shipping options. I suggested FedEx or USPS, both which ship overnight. The pharmacist said that wasn’t possible because they use other courier services. I told him that good customer service would be finding a way to get it to me overnight. He didn’t have a solid reason other than he didn’t have a person available to go ship it.

Normally I wouldn’t get upset over such a situation; I know there are shipping delays everywhere and most things are not necessary immediately. But I purposely worked with this pharmacy because my daughter needed the prescription ASAP. Now, she has to suffer longer because of NimbleRx’s poor customer service and inflexibility.

Edit: the pharmacist called me back, said they had looked into USPS and FedEx. According to him, neither service could deliver overnight (Saturday- Sunday), but our prescription should arrive on Monday. More to come …

Great company! Super fast! Only a 4/5 because the website check in is not at all streamlined and you have to keep trying to log yourself in because you can’t pay due to your email already in use. But you’ve logged in 10 times and have devolved into verbally abusing your phone for something that is clearly not the phone’s fault.

So easy to get RX orders and to track the process until delivery. I have been using for over a year and I wish all my meds were ordered this way.

I use this for my teenage daughter’s meds. I love that I get reminders on the app and by text message to refill when she’s about to run out. Whenever I get a text message, I just reorder and it is shipped to my house the same day!

Nimble has been so helpful as my daughter moved off to college in Vermont, 11 hours away. Nimble flawlessly transitioned with us to moving her prescription delivery from our Michigan address to her college dorm address. They were even careful to not just do a change of address, but reached out to us each month to make sure the college delivery was best. That was immensely helpful over Christmas Break when we had not had the foresight to think about her prescription delivery plan. We cannot recommend Nimble enough!

NimbleRx is nimble indeed. Always helpful and friendly when answering any questions about my prescription. Quick and easy to have it delivered to my door with timely notifications of its progress. And notifications are sent when refills are needed and ready (or I can put them on pause). I have overheard my doctor say the pharmacy folks here are great, and my experience has borne that out!

What’s better than getting your meds on time? Getting them delivered, with backup support from friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Nimble RX, has exceeded all of our expectations for a year now. The communication with us and the customer, the delivery and refill time frames are always accurate. If our home was unable to be reached through our community gate, the delivery personnel always call us directly to ensure that our prescriptions are deliver to us on time and promptly!

Very convenient service that I've yet to have any issues with. They tell you when it will be delivered and the exchange with the courier is hassle-free.

No communication. Over a week delay on two orders. Mail dates were not met. I will not be using this service again.

Nimble is sooo seamless, easy and efficient! I don't ever want to get prescriptions any other way from now on!

The Nimble pharmacy is fantastic! They let me know when I am running out of my meds so I can order new ones. This pharmacy offers the best personalized service in the metroplex. Prescriptions are delivered quickly and accurately. The staff is always extremely polite and helpful. They are a breath of fresh air after dealing with lines and uncaring employees at big chain pharmacies.

Terrible. 2 weeks and they can't find our house. Apparently delivered to the wrong address twice now. Hopefully 3rd times' a charm. Something seriously wrong with this outfit. If you specialize in delivery get it right. Jeeeez. This is your only job!

My doctor sent 2 prescriptions to this pharmacy to be delivered to my home. I got an email that it was delivered, but nowhere in the email did it say where. I live in an apartment complex so it could be multiple places. I clicked the link to see if I could get more clear tracking information, but the link didn't give me any details. I went to click on the contact support, but every time I clicked it, the page froze. I went on my computer to do the same thing thinking it was a browser issue on my phone. When I was on the webpage and my cursor hovered over "contact support" it showed that it was not even a link to a new page. It was just the words. Nothing happened when I clicked it. Since it is a Saturday the pharmacy is closed and I cannot call for help. Terrible set up for customer service, especially when its a pharmacy that often deals with shipments. I will never use this pharmacy again.
