Pleasant doctor, with exceptional bedside manner! I would definitely recommend her Dr. Yoshpe took her with me and explained her examination with care and support.

Dr. Yoshpe spent three hours doing major surgery to correct my sleep apnea. When I returned to work and was asked what I go for Christmas, I replied, "Air! " I no longer snore and I can dive and spear fish. Brilliant work.

I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience with SoCal ENT. If you call them up, the recording says “you can book an appointment online at any time. ” When you actually try to book an appointment online, you realize it’s only “a request” for an appointment. And if you call later and reference the request you made online for an appointment, the front office staff will cut you off mid sentence to say “it’s just a request ma’am, someone would need to check if that appointment is available. It not a guarantee. ” Seems misleading.

When we finally booked our appointment, it was not with the doctor, but rather her PA. In the span of 3 days we were told “do NOT continue the ear drops past 7 days, ”
“ohhh it’s okay to give the drops for 10 days until we get the swab results, ”
and after calling 3 times for the swab results (which were apparently lost) “yeah yeah just keep giving the drops it’s fine. ”

In the past I have had issues with them cancelling appointments the day before we are scheduled to come in. (This happened three times) And there was the time that Dr. Yoshpe told me “your daughter did great” after preforming surgery on my SON. It felt weird that the doctor didn’t even know the gender of the kid she had just operated on. That should have been the end of our experiences with them as it highlights how hands off the doctor actually is.

Needless to say, we are looking for other ENT options. How extremely disappointing.

Not impressed with their location, facilities, or Dr. Yoshpe. Very impressed with the male doctor who actually treated and relieved me of my problem and the audiologist who gave me a hearing test.

By far the best ENT DR I have ever visited. The staff was beyond helpful and it did take a bit of time for me to see her. Expected when your good. I was glad I waiting and my issue was diagnosed, treated and medicated and the follow up was timely. No Fluff, no Bull this lady gets to the point and takes care of business. Thank you Dr very much

Dr Yoshpe was amazing. My 5 year old son had sleep apnea due to extremely large tonsils. He needed them out. Surgery went amazingly well and recovery was fast. It’s now two years later and he sleeps without making a sound. I personally know two other moms that went to her for similar problems and both of them recommend her as well. I would not hesitate sending loved ones to her.

I agree with many reviewers that staff can be extremely rude and unprofessional, but Dr. Yoshpe herself deserves 5 stars. She is compassionate, thorough and gets to the root of the issue. She is great!

Claudia, a staff member who answered the phone and made appointments was probably the rudest receptionist I've ever had to deal with. I never did get in to see the doctor. I had shingles in my ears and mouth. My GP referred me to Dr. Nina Yoshpe and was concerned that having shingles in my ear could possibly damage my hearing. He wanted me to get in to see the doctor ASAP. When I explained to Claudia that I had shingles, she told me that you can only get shingles on your body and why would I need to see an ENT doctor. She then told me I would have to wait 8 weeks to see a doctor and she wouldn't even put me on a cancellation list. I wonder how many other patients Claudia has turned away.
