We had a very complicated situation, and he was able to provide a solution. I can't thank him enough. There was no way I could have accomplished the task on my own. I worked with Connor since 2017. I switched over my office internet and phone in 2017 and upgrade my office internet in 2021. Connor did great job for me and help me a lot when I have the issue with the vendor. I have many experience for switching and upgrading my office and branch internet and phone and every time I have trouble with the vendor because my office has old system to integrate and vendor never tried to understand my situation. I needed someone who is professional, deep understanding customer, and good relationship with vendor. And Connor was right person for me and did great job. That's why I worked with Connor again for upgrading my office internet in this year.
