Nipomo Self Storage

I have been using them since around 2010. I have never had any issues with my things. No break-ins or damages to my things or to the space I have rented. If I have any questions, I just call, and they have answered right away. I even called after all the rains we got here and asked about any damages or flooding to the business, and the on-site manager was very helpful and very kind. The only thing I would change would be some kind of discount or holding on the monthly charges if you have been there for an amount of time like I have been. I was being charged an increase offen. I was notified that the business was sold in the New Year and within the first month was given 30-day increase notices, but at least it was a smaller increase. So I'm waiting to see what happens after some time, but I'm thankful for such a nice on-site manager, and sometimes it's worth a little more. But I will see. The business has lots of different kinds of security and has always been very clean, which I appreciate very much with my things there.

I have had this storage company for approximately 10 yrs. It is very clean and well managed. I had the privilege of having Dallas Pelletier to close my account out. She was very helpful and caring.
This place was as clean after 10 years like when I first rented the storage unit. Very pleased with the kindness from the staff here. They took good care of everything.

I had good service from storage. I had been happy that we didn’t see any issue as far as seeing pest problem. So far their service are great and are quick to answer any questions that I had. The billing department are good at letting me know that bills are paid with emails sent to me

Got a rv spot on Saturday and went there Monday evening to put my trailer in the spot but other tenants were not parked rite and I could not get my trailer into the spot, called Tuesday morning to get a refund and they charged me the 3 days I didn't use it and the processing fee. Would not use this facility again, but the lady at the front desk was really nice.

The manger remove all lates fees after this review was posted. I do appreciate that thank you

I did try on the 6th to pay the bill because I got paid by direct deposit. I trying calling but no one answer the phone. Unfortunately I couldn't keep calling because I was at the hospital with my daughter and her husband dealing with a family emergency in Salem Or. I try the website while I was there but yes you are right I didn't create account because I had auto pay set up. Which I turn off because I lost the card before Ihad left town. And never had the time to go in there. I am a healthcare worker and right now we are over worked because we are very short staffed. I choose this storage facility not once but twice. I have had a RV space with you guys too in the past. I am sorry and will try in future to make payment on time.
