Unhygienic place. The serving girl was using no gloves and continuously touching her face and nose. Smells in the shop. No personal hygiene for food standards followed.

If you like to have plastic, confetti's in your icecream, Nirvanaah is the right palce to be in.

The ice cream tastes good but be careful what you ingest.

The staff is too lethargic to serve the people coming in.each customer is given 15 min late of time to serve 2 scoops of icecream which is very very slow.have to consider the queue and bump up the pace instead of taking the customers for granted

Great flavors. In and out in less than 5. Can taste any flavor you like to help make up your mind

They never disappoint with the flavors of the quality of the ice cream. The fig walnut is my favorite. Very creamy ice cream.

Great ice cream joint. Their main ice cream brand (which I believe they make themselves) doesn't contain any eggs and it's still delicious. Great variety of flavors ranging from Indian specialties to the everyday fare. Definitely try the butterscotch and pan flavors!

I wont recommend this place anymore. I like the ice cream flavor BUT the place is dirty. Insects are falling from the ceiling. Just look at the glass when you are seated facung towards kumon. There are insects everywhere on the glass and s***t. Yuck. They need to take care if these things fast or this needs to be reported.

It's not what it used to be. The ice cream tastes good but customer service can definitely use some work.

I was the only one in the line and I had to wait like 5 minutes! They were so reluctant in attending any customer and offering what's in their menu.

Great ice creams.almost every flavor to satisfy taste buds. I specifically like paan flavor. Be prepared to wait in long queue if you go at peak time usually around 7-8. I tried it's shakes too but they are just average.

Terrible customer service but decent ice cream. The workers were rude, wouldn't or couldn't tell me what was in the ice cream, and overcharged me for "special flavors" without telling me know in advance.

Service could be improved, definitely not super nice. Ice-cream tasted like sugar and artificial flavors. Very disappointed.

These ice creams are not original flavors, I think they brought from the local stores, I have seen when they are replacing the ice cream boxes, some flavors are real but most of the ice cream boxes are fake and they are collecting the same amount of money as original flavored icecream.

Nirvanaah! Is a good place to go to for ice cream in general and Indian ice cream in particular. Wide range of flavors. Very good staff. They let you taste the many flavors to help you decide. My favorite is meetha pan. Prices are reasonable. Good menu on the shakes and falooda. Fresh ice cream. Clean setting, colorful chairs, great place to hang out with buddies for a quick ice cream

Love the variety of flavors. Kulfi is amazing. Guava flavor, I had recently was also very good.

Visited this shop since they claim to use pure & natural ingredients. Their ice creams have carrageenan which is so unhealthy for gut & digestive system. Please at least put a legible bold label of ingredients, it’s hidden somewhere down. Falooda is very far from being a falooda!

The ice cream taste is ok.not that great. Very average taste. The serving person could not offer at least 3 samples. She is very slow and very rude to customers. And here is the photo of the pre packed pint which I got has less icecream. And it’s far better to eat kulfi icecream at Bangalore cafe which is near by, there the taste of kulfi is good. It’s useless and worth less to go to nirvanaah!

7. Got one prepacked pint which is in the below picture. Leave about the taste at least it’s not filled properly!

They are cheating with out filling the pints properly!

No one would expect they could have the pint 75% filled. At least have some pride and don’t cheat customers after charging them 7 $ for a single pint

I love the ice cream here but the service varies a lot depending on who’s serving you. Last week, even though there were just 2 people behind us, the lady serving us rudely told us to hurry up as we were “blocking” the line and then, under-filled the boxes we ordered. This was our second such incident with her. Most of the other staff is pretty nice though.

Great ice cream but poor service. You will be standing in line foraround 30 mins. Faluda kulfi is pretty good. Also the only place I know that serves butterscotch flavor.

Came on a warm hot day in June. As soon as I step in the sweltering temperature hits me in the face like a ton of bricks. As I proceed to inspect the ice cream, dubious hygiene and a couple of long hair in the saffron pistachio quickly convince me I should probably go somewhere else. Not sure about the ice cream, but management should definitely clean the place more often.
