Upon arrival I was greeted with welcoming staff. My sales staff that helped me (few departments) all were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. There was no pressure to purchase that I appreciated and all my questions were answered. I feel that this was one of my best and fastest purchasing experiences buying a new vehicle. Thank you Tustin staff.

Me and my girlfriend came to buy a Nissan Sentra, worked with a sales person who can't remember his name but his manager Stephany had so much attention to detail on what I'm looking for and got us the price my wifey wanted. Her customer service was amazing and the reason why I will come back to purchase a second vehicle since I'm also in the market.

Best Nissan location. I have owned 3 Nissans and I have had to work with different locations. This dealership is very helpful and works with their customers. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and accommodating, from sales, to service, to finance. I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously, drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the dealership that will value you as a customer.

I am so happy with my purchase this week from Nissan of Tustin! I wanted to treat myself with a new Pathfinder and I had never driven one! So I decided to rent one for a few days and immediately fell in love with it! I returned the rental and new I was going to leave with a brand new one! Gabriel, Nick and Michael from finance were amazing! My situation was a little different and this team gave it their all! I can not thank them enough and I love my car!

Tustin Nissan's service dept is far and away the best I've ever dealt with anywhere and I've been driving for 60 years. I'm treated like royalty by the staff, this time Caxious Florendo, every time I'm here. I always receive top notch service and actually enjoy coming here.

Great service by Cash and the rest of the team there.all the guys at service and parts were extremely nice, professional and patient. I really appreciate all the help. The girls at the cashiers and rentals were great too. All around great experience highly recommend.

There was an issue with the radio turning on when you were in the car but without the car on this was a known issue with Nissan. I scheduled an appt.and was told this was a 2 hour service I opted to wait for my car. At 2 hours I was told it's half way there at 4 hours I was told it's half way there at 6.5 hours my car was ready I opted for no car wash I could afford another hour at this dealership!

Hi, I had no appointment and drove up. Was taken care of immediately by Jeffrey Coward. Super nice and Polite. Waited while they did maintenance on my 2019 Armada. He informed me battery needed to be replaced on top of my maintenance. Since the vehicle is still under warranty he discounted it but the fact that he offered without me asking was top notch! Jeffrey said my car would be ready in an hour and it was. I’m extremely happy with the work that was done and everyone was nice. I sat in the waiting room waiting for car, everyone who passed me said ‘Goodmorning’. It was clean. I worked on my laptop and the hour went pretty fast. My car was washed and Jeffrey programmed my new phone to my car and I was on my way. Definitely will continue to go back to Nissan of Tustin. Jeffrey, top notch service guy. Great job Nissan of Tustin! You’ve earned yourself a repeat customer!

I had an excellent and smooth transaction. Connor Gross did an excellent job at keeping me up to date of the delivery of the vehicle and was very thorough in walking us through the vehicle features upon delivery. I will definitely come back and purchase from Nissan of Tustin.

I bought a vehicle from them in October and it was totaled a month later. I called finance every day and no one would return my calls. I finally went in person and submitted the required paperwork to receive a refund for my extended warranty and was told I should receive it in about two weeks. That was in December. It is now the end of May and my calls/emails mostly go unanswered and when they do I am just told they are working on getting an update and would let me know the same day, I have not received any real updates ever! This is beyond frustrating.

Received a call from the Finance Manager explaining that the check was mailed out and informed me that the process does take time, much longer than the two weeks i was initially told. I understood and thanked her for following up. I explained that the process was unclear and communication could have been better and she agreed and apologized. Overall i am happy with Nissan of Tustin at the end including service, sales, and finance.

Walked on the lot to price a car and drove away with a new Kicks. Love the car and the service at Nissan of Tustin. Fernando answered all of our questions and our finance person Michael Gomez smoothed over problems and sealed the deal. Thanks for everything.

Great dealership with excellent staff, my wife and I had been looking for a specific color and model call all LA and SD dealerships. My husband and I were looking for a Rogue Sport for a couple of weeks with no luck. After a horrible experience at Surf City Nissan we decided to go to here since we saw that there was a Rogue Sport in stock. I'm not gonna lie, the fact that it showed that it was orange was almost enough for me to say no. But honestly I love it! We got there kinda late but the team worked with us well past closing hours. I went with my boyfriend on Monday he bought a Nissan Maxima Platinum 2022. So the next day Tuesday I went back and bought a Nissan Rouge Platinum 2022. Steve Bohannon, sales manager, was instrumental in us obtaining a 2022 Nissan Leaf while it was still in transit. There just were not any available in our local area, nor were any expected for a long time. All were pre-contracted and unavailable. Steve kept track of the incoming VINs and apprised us when one was available to put a down payment on.
When arriving to pick up the car Gissel, our salesperson, was warm, funny and extremely knowledgable regarding the vehicle. As this was our first foray into the the electric car arena her expertise and personality were just what we needed to drive off the lot confident in the way the vehicle operated. Working with Nissan of Tustin was worth the 40 mile drive for us to pick up our car from them. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.
