Nit Picky Lice Salon - In Home Lice Removal Service, Temecula CA

Took my girls, I and toddler to nit picky. The owner checked my toddler with a comb and said he was clear. Then I combed through with my own comb and found 5 nuts. She treated myself and 2 daughters with some spray product that she claims dissolves the eggs and supposedly would eliminate all bugs. After treatment we were told to only do 2 more quick comb outs with pony tail method and we would be all clear. The next day I noticed the comb I was given was not tight together like I remember from going to her 10 years ago. So I happened to have the old comb and you can totally see the difference in quality. The old one was definitely better. I used my old comb and combed my daughter. I found a total of 6 live bugs. I reached to nit picky and she said this was normal to continue doing comb out. If she had spent more time doing a better comb and original treatment I would be having to work this hard to treat myself. I was charged $502 for 3 of us. This included a knock off cheap comb and 1 supposedly that dissolves eggs. (however after researching the only way to kill eggs is to remove them or go to a place that has high heat or freezing method). She also advised if I wanted to use coconut oil or olive treatment to help my daughter at home. Not sure what this does. I’m very upset and feel cheated by my expensive non successful treatment. I ended up reaching out to lice clinics of America in Temecula. Oddly enough she is located in same office building as them… Kelli properly treated my daughter and I for successful and proper treatment. I also referred 2 of my daughters friends to nit picky…she made $1,000 off all of us and we feel cheated. I wouldn’t go here unless you want to basically pay a ton of money and you have to do all the work yourself
