Horrible customer service on Riskalyze program. Online chat did not get back to you, email correspondence takes them over a week to respond. This riskalyze integration (with whatever nitrogen is) is a train wreck.

Price recentlywent up almost double and when we tried to cancel they said we had to wait a year as you can’t cancel in-service

just complete and utter low level/ nonsense company

Great platform for people just getting into the business. If you’re experienced and want something more advanced…there are other platforms that provide more for a better price. My issue was service and in my opinion…an unethical sales practice. I would do negative stars if Google allowed me. The salesman lied to me about some terms. Another salesman lied to the RIA I’m with. After a few strongly worded emails demanding to speak with the CEO (my opinion was that he was being shielded from the people I was reporting) to inform him what was going on. The CEO finally responded to me. Instead of listening to the frustration and what I wanted to report…on a Saturday even…he sent me an incredibly strong worded email which read to me (IMO) as a threat to get my broker/dealer affiliation revoked by my CEO and/or executive team if I didn’t stop complaining. It read as he was throwing his CEO title around. You figured a CEO would want to hear about clients/partners being lied to and investigate the report but I guess on this instance…I was wrong. I’m wondering if I’m the only advisor this has happened with.
