Extremely thankful for the recent roadside assistance. Triple A dispatched NK Towing for my service, and my technician Daison was a literal ray of sunshine on a rainy day.
He kept me updated on his ETA and arrived even faster than originally expected, solved my tire issue, and then went above and beyond by double checking that all the rest of my tires were in good condition and answered all my questions to ensure I would be safe on the road. All of this in the pouring rain, with professionalism and a smile! Highly recommend Daison with NK Towing!
Matt the tow truck driver goes above and beyond! Such a kind soul and makes a stressful situation so much better. I recommend him to anyone who needs a tow!
After talking to their unhelpful receptionist I decided to use a different company. Not only was she rude but would not take the time to even take my call. She kept talking to someone in the office while putting off my call. Wonder how they stay in business with unhelpful receptionist.
AAA said it would take an hour. The tow driver was there in less than half an hour. Super friendly and very patient while I got my things out of the car.

I would give them no stars if I could. Horrible customer service. The lady should not be working the front desk as she yells at people and hangs up on them and cancels tows. Not professional at all.
Tried getting an employees truck towed through AAA and they dispatched the call to NK towing. After waiting several minutes their dispatch lady contacted us and said it would be another hour and a half. Not a big deal as I understand they’re busy. 30 minutes go by and we call back asking if i needed to be present with my AAA membership and that’s when things got interesting. Their dispatcher began getting attitude and then I asked for an updated wait time. Now she said it’s over two hours and that she’s getting tons of calls which is setting us back further in line. I told her that our spot in line shouldn’t be affected by her getting more calls, then she snapped on me. She said she was going to cancel our tow and that she had the power to do so. She has no right being in a customer service job and I really hope snapping on customers made her feel empowered.
When my Jeep broke down in Oceanside on the way back to Palm Springs from a camping trip, I called AAA of SoCal and they dispatched NK Towing. Their dispatcher called and was up front that there would be a delay due to high volume (luckily, I was stuck at a shopping center).
Much to my relief, they arrived earlier than anticipated. The driver, Michael, was professional, courteous, and thoroughly explained everything during the entire transaction. He made the 100+ mile drive back to the desert with no complaints and the drop off was quick. Would definitely use again if ever stuck in a similar situation!
I just got off the phone with the person at the front office and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst customer service ever. If you dont like your job then just quit!
The driver was rude to my 84 year old mother.so I stepped in. She was trying to ask a question and the tow truck guy was frustrated because I guess he had ansered the question previously and didn't want to answer it again. I told him he didn't need to be rude and then it all went downhill from there! He said he wouldn't put the truck in the direction she needed it in the driveway and acres as I'd it was way to difficult. So I ended up rolling it out the driveway as he was I guess pulling away and refusing service. Then he jumped out of his truck and started laughing at me. Not a good thing to do when someone is frustrated. I thought I was helping and he thought it was a good time to me fun of me and laugh.
So I told him I refuse service and to go away a.d called him a rude name (that I will admit because he deserved it for putting me a sy m through that) he laughed some more and drove off. I don't usually looset temper but he pushed me too far!
As soon as I figure out the name of the guy that came out I will add that too.
Shame on me for loosing my temper but shame on this towing company for hiring someone that would be rude to an 84 YEAR OLD WOMAN and her daughter as we were already having a tough day in need of a row truck.
NEVER EVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The lady that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I had a simple question about getting someone's vehicle towed. Due to the vehicle being on public property, there was nothing she could do. I asked if she could point me into the right direction and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! She sounded frustrated from the get go like she didn't want to deal with anything I was asking. HORRIBLE phone etiquette! She should be fired!

I needed a tow from a mile outside camp pendleton and I would have had to wait 4 hours for a truck
Horrible be careful they will sell at Linfield to you with the wrong information and they would not accept it back these people are scanners
AAA Emergency Services sent NK Towing to tow our wrecked car. The loss of our 22yr old vehicle was the most heartbreaking but we were able to find a very good home for her. ️
Our technician Richie was AMAZING! He was early to the site and his truck and equipment were immaculate. Not only is he professional, friendly, personable and obviously very well experienced, he has a kind soul. His ability to empathise and generate a safe and 'everything will be ok' environment in what can only be described as devastating, is one in a million! ️ We were very fortunate to have had him as our technician and NK really do have a very special team member on their crew! Thank you so very much for taking care of us.
