NMS 1539 Santa Monica Apartments / Arrive Seaside II reviews
3DO NOT LIVE HERE! Plz read if you are looking to move here. It is extremely unsafe. There have been homeless people inside of the apartment and garage on multiple occasions. I would see people smoking crack outside almost everyday. There are also air bnbs moving in and out of this building on a weekly basis and I found a man living in his car in our garage for 2 weeks that was not a resident. NMS claims to have security but there is none I can promise you that. Every single appliance in the apartment had to be replaced at least once. The water was shut off multiple times with no warning and there was an entire month where we didn’t have hot water. There were cockroaches and centipedes found MANY times in our unit. People will be screaming outside of the apartment at all hours of the night, including protestors that start around 7am. And at the end of your lease, they’ll take all of your security deposit and try to charge you for even more than that. The 1 bedrooms are glorified studios and don’t even have a full wall to separate the bedroom area. There are nice apartment buildings all over Santa Monica for the same price that actually have amenities, space and are comfortable to live in.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND ALL NMS PROPERTIES. THEY DISAPPEAR WHEN YOU MOVE OUT AND WANT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. WARNING WARNING WARNING. LEASE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!
These apartments are beautiful. The property, amenities, and apartments are very well maintained and exceeds expectations for this price range. I have always had very pleasant experiences with the staff.
