Doreen, the assistant manager for our community has been outstanding. The level of concern to residents issue and the immediate response to understand the issue, alleviate our concerns and provide us a workable solution has been top notch. It is extremely hard to find a community manager who is as responsible as Doreen! Thank you for all ur help Doreen! Really appreciate your help and customer service

I thought my review was for 1 person. I would say excellent. About the company I would say 1 of 10. Here is why. I have so many people, phone numbers to connect. Every time, I mean 20 times, I get voice mail. And then no return call.
There is one number, lady that does return my calls.

The owners really appreciate that Gina is quick to respond to members and happy to work with owners that need to understand the documents for this HOA

Poor services for HOA paid members
no response for many attempts to get direction to get and understand the messy instruction for Beacon Hill color and to inquire the review process after violation notices

This has to be one of the finest management companies. I have been working with various management companies around the United States for various properties. This company is superb. I requested to have security doors installed on my 2 condominiums, and the community manager Gina was on it right away. Outstanding company.

The irresponsible and unprofessional property management I had to deal with. I am the property owner of Village Woods and Associa NNJ used to be manage the building. Early this year, HOA requested to replace the sliding patio door due to the leaking to the unit below. We followed all the steps and procedures (gathered all the signatures from tenants/owners, submitted the application and drawing). The Senior Community Association Manager spoke to the contractor and approved the installation. We spent over $3K to replace the door and now the board member of the Village Woods stated that the installation was not approved. Request the Senior Community Association Manager to explain to the board members but she stated that Associa NNJ no longer manage the building and nothing they can do. Why there was no record of the approval installation so that the board members can review it? Definitely going to escalate this issue to the regional manager and report this business conduct to BBB.

I rate one star but would rate (-20) If I could. They should be helping the community instead of adding obstacles for your project! -Applications not treated in a timely manner
-Instead of picking up the phone and helping.they preferred to wait another month to push for permits. ZERO Help!
-They are trying to get more fees from neighbors
-They talk back and profile people!
-Worst Customer Service Ever here at Cielo!
-The main office in SD never answers the phone, there is zero leadership from them, and we are stuck with 3 secretaries in our community.
If you are looking for a management company, it will be the worst decision ever!
Highly unrecommended!

Very Poor response to a very stressful issue (water leak). It took 3 days for NNJ just to get back to me. Then more information was needed which I responded to with in 12 hours. It's been another 3 days and now no response to the information which was supplied to NNJ.

Our HOA is managed by Jaeschke and they are the worst in Customer Service. They don't return phone calls or if you notice an issue and report it - no action is done. For an example we had a sprinkler system that didn't turn off and I called no one called me back or stopped by to look at the issue. I had to drive to the office and find a worker to get any action. I went to a HOA meeting and the representative - Bonnie was to email me to get more info and I never received an email. I have talked to other neighbors and they all have the same issue with this MGMT. If you are looking for a property management company look at others.

Jayne Whitaker is The Senior Community Director at N. N. Jaeschke. Jayne is an outstanding leader & a very stong professional. She keeps Cambria running smoothly (A very difficult job) She also has great communication skills and is always there to help. We value Jayne highly.

Non responsive. Does not look at maintenance requests. Impeding the selling of my unit with lack of response to potential buyers inquiries.

I've been at a NN Jaeschke managed property since 2019 and its been a mixed bag when it comes to my experience with them. With that said, our latest property manager-Savannah Dupin-has been the best I've had the chance to work with. Since she's become our property manager, we've had consistent support and the response time between her, and our board has vastly improved. In the time we've worked with her we have been able to deal with issues in the community promptly and follow-up on those that have been delayed with our previous two property managers. If we can keep her on our team, this rating will move up an extra star when I update my review!

I am not happy with the company in general, but I have to post that one of their employees her name is Cherise Mcclaughlin is superb in her job. She seems to be the only one that could fix the problem I had with accounting and make it right on two separate accounts and she goes above and beyond to fix things so I felt the need to review her because she deserves to be noticed

NNJ is a great company to work with in all aspects of community management. I want to acknowledge how responsive, intelligent and professional Dana Hopkins is. We love working with her.

I have estimated and worked on multiple N. N. Jaeschke's projects, ranging from large fencing projects to miscellaneous canyon debris hauling.

Charise McLaughlin has a great eye for detail and recognises the needs/wants of the associations she manages. This in turn allows myself and my team to provide her with the utmost performance.

I look forward to continuing to work with Charise and assisting her with any type of future projects.

I have had the pleasure of working with several NNJ managers throughout the years but two that stand out would be Gina Heneghan and Charise McLaughlin. Both of these ladies have great attention to detail and look out for the communities they oversee. They also look out for their vendors and bring in the right people to get the work done. I look forward to many more years of servicing your properties and working along side you both.

We had a rough go with our contract being bought out by another property management company before switching to NNJ. We are very grateful to be working with Kayla as we work to right the ship in working with the community. As president of the HOA, I appreciate how responsive and professional she is. She doesn't mind stepping up when we need her, and she doesn't shy away if she thinks we need to consider something further.

I've known Gina Falcon-Heneghan for about 30 years. I first met her when I was the maintenance division manager at NNJ and did bids and work for Gina along with the other community managers. After I left NNJ in 1995 I've continued to work for Gina as an outside General Contractor/vendor. In that time I've come to respect Gina more and more. It seems that her knowledge of our industry and her work in particular has become sharper and sharper. Her work ethic is amazing. Her caring about her clients is very deep. Best of all Gina is not afraid to speak her mind when something seems amiss. She is not afraid to fight for her clients. That said, one of the best things of all is that Gina is a team builder. She does not look down her nose at vendors as subservient. Rather, she's smart enough to know that by making her vendors part of her team, under her "inspired" leadership, she understands that she'll build trust such that those that work for Gina will go to the ends of the earth for her. And, it's just good to know that you can't mess with Gina as she knows her stuff. As a vendor I know that Gina will always get the job done for her clients.
