I am a wine collector and own a 1,000+ collection of wine. I have bought from many many vendors over the years and unquestionable I have always recieved a great service fro Rogger and his staff. I will continue to buy from them in the foreseable future since they always offer good selection of wine and good customer service. Congrats to the team, I am a happy customer

On 9/28 I had asked Roger to swap wines in a shipment being held for cooler weather. He said he couldnt' as it was already sent. He later said the wines were sent 10/5 and held up by fire. UPS btw says order processed on 10/9. When asked why he lied, he was rude. At this point I still dont have the wine and may never get it. Be warned. Wont buy from this place again.
