Noah's NY Bagels reviews
20The bagels are so good. Chewy and even 6 hours after it was baked, it was so tasty I could eat it as is, no toasting butter or schmear.
Waited 5 minutes. One person who was being helped couldn't make up her mind. Two other employees just stood behind counter not helping me or the other two customers. Then one employee yelled at a customer who sat down inside to go outside to eat. "we do not allow inside dinning. " I never received any service after the 5 minutes so off to somewhere else.
Male sure you check your food at this restaurant. I have stopped going because everytime I order something, they forget an item. And if you don't have your receipt, it becomes a whole thing.
Still fresh at lunch time! Early morning or lunch time, a
GREAT go to… fast & efficient! Everyone was smiles & helpful!
These guys wouldn't know a New York style bagel if it landed on their face and bit them. Tastes like undercooked pizza dough. Absolutely terrible
I had an online order for 2 sandwiches and a Challah bread.
I arrive in the store and I see that there's a couple of bags on the counter away from The cash register I stand there for a few minutes without even being acknowledged so I decided to go stand in line behind 5 people I people then one of the people which there were 4 behind the counter calls out my name I go and pick up the order I leave I decide to check the order and I see it's missing the Challa bread I returned to the store and I told the young lady behind the counter I'm missing the bread she acts like she can't be bothered with that she walks over and comes back and says we're out I said well I paid for it well I can give you a refund or something of equal value and I said well what do you have that's comparable she goes you can have a plain bagel or potato bagel I took the potato bagel but the service was horrible why wasn't I let known that my order wasn't complete
Worst experience ever! Signs on the door to mask up and no one but me and the two behind the counter were wearing masks. When asking the cashier if they could ask them to mask up or leave per the sign on the door requiring masks, and no one said anything. Explained they can get fined and or shut down by state, I was called Karen by the short guy driving a challenger, and they shoved my bagel in a bag and said have a great day. Place needs management and State compliance. Here is what I got not what I ordered.
Went first thing in the Morning and got bagel and lox salmon sandwiches and a dozen bagels soft and chewy in the whole house still smells like bagels it’s awesome
Very good bagel sandwiches. The bagel is very very tasty and you can tell the work they put into them. I would recommend them. Just make sure your not on a time crunch haha I waited a bit longer than I would have liked.
Bagels are good but don't go here for coffee. They were out of dark roast, didn't tell me that when I ordered, wouldn't make more. The medium roast was cold.they told me to run a cup and then it would get hot. All this after I left a good tip. So if you really want a bagel get it and go to the Starbucks nearby for the coffee
Always amazing. Pizza bagel is perfect. Would have rated 5 starred except the cashier has no customer service skills, she was a bit lethargic when it came to taking my order. No "have a good day", No greeting from any associates when entering and the cashier took the order yet didn't give a wait time, she kinda just walked away.
NOT A GLUTEN FREE OPTION IN THE BUILDING. 3rd business when “gluten free restaurant” was typed in.
I love the food, and the service is usually pretty good except if you are ordering over the phone. It doesn’t seem to matter which employee takes my order, it’s certainly not a language barrier since they all speak English just like I do, and my order is always read back to me correctly, so I’m perplexed as to why this particular method of ordering always goes wrong. Nevertheless, staff is always pleasant and happy to amend their mistakes.
I ordered 3 BLT Breakfast sandwiches today October 24th all on Hallajah bread. Get home 10 min.later just to find out they are all on white plain bagels. Called 3 times, no one answers the phone Manager was rude when I arrived and told me I would be helped after that (As he pointed to a worker). After what I asked him? He just kepted walking to the back of store.
RUDE AND VERY UNORGANIZED
It was early afternoon so choices were limited. Food was very good and prep was fast. Friendly staff.
Blueberry bagel with strawberry shmear is my favorite! The blueberry bagels are just something else here. They taste fresh and not processed like a store bought bagels. I go back and forth between the French toast and blueberry. If I’m in the mood for something savory I grab a bunch of potato rolls and make a at home the next couple of days!
What’s even funnier is I spent most of my life hating cream cheese and bagels. But since trying Noah’s It’s my go to breakfast or even a late night snack! Regardless of what time of day it is I can’t go without my strawberry shmear! 1 of their little tubs usually lasts me 3-4 days. Unless I keep having those midnight snacks then maybe 1 or 2
I think today I’ll try their brisket sammich ive been hearing about! 5/5 and I’m an extremely picky eater. I don’t hand out 5s at all!
I stopped in for their breakfast sandwich. I ordered an egg white sandwich. I was quite surprised when I got to work and opened it to find “complete” eggs, meaning yolks and all. It’s not that I can’t or don’t eat “complete” eggs, I just wanted an egg white only sandwich today. Too much trouble to make a return trip to exchange the sandwich for the right one. Sandwich tasted good, but you can’t get more than 3 stars if you can’t get the order right.
They took the bagel out of a fridge and then gave it to me even though i asked for it toasted
I can’t decide between the Brisket Sandwich or the Farmhouse. Go-to Sunday morning comfort food.
Had a $5 breakfast coupon that I forgot to present when they rang me up. Seconds after they took my money I remembered it because this was the entire reason I came in was for the deal. They said there is nothing they can do about it now. The service here sucks. I will not be back. This location doesn't stack up like the Roseville and Folsom location.
