Dirty floors, counters, tables and chairs. Employees don't know what they're doing. Very limited choices of bagels. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Worst customer service. I came in to order my bagel and the lady who took my order was wonderful but the workers preparing the bagels were loud and we’re cursing.when my bagel was done the worker slammed it on the counter and rolled their eyes when my name was called.this is not the first time i have experienced this kind of customer service here and i’m worried about the cleanliness of the employees with their bangs in their face.

Could be easily improved with some efforts.some of the workers shouldn’t work in restaurant type of business

The staff fail to acknowledge delivery drivers every time I come here. It's quite disrespectful to stand in front of the pick-up area with the readied order on the counter and have multiple team members walk right past you. Why not place the orders on the mobile pick-up table, if the store is too busy to pay courtesy to drivers?

Noah’s NY Bagels is a must-visit for any bagel lover. From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly baked bagels. The selection of bagels is impressive, with a wide range of flavors and textures to choose from. The toppings and spreads are also delicious, with classic options like cream cheese, as well as more creative flavors like strawberry. The service is friendly and efficient, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

Delicious bagels and coffee. I love eating here. The prices are a bit over priced but it`s worth it. You get what you pay for.

Placed an order online for 7 bagels. Despite asking for lightly toasted on a couple, all of the bagels were black and over-toasted. Also requested Honey Almond spread on a bagel and they first put plain, then added Honey Almond *on top* of the incorrect plain spread. The bagel was soggy and had WAY too much spread because of this. Why would they not just remake the incorrect bagel? Won’t be returning to this location.

If you love the movie Back to the Future, you will love this place because it is a time machine to days of Covid past. If the uninviting, closed dining room with signs telling you you're not welcome doesn't do it for you, the employees who yell at you 10 seconds after receiving your food to "get the hell out" will. I left this place with one conclusion, the owner does not want your business, in fact the only logical conclusion that can be drawn is that they don't want to be in business at all. I say we all give them what they want and go to one of the hundreds of other businesses nearby that want our business and aren't trying inconceivably to pretend it is still 2020.

While the staff is kind and the food is good, the owners capitalize on the idea of covid sc am not to open their dining room. They taken it out of their will to wipe tables after you and you get only one option, “to-go” food.

I’ve been here several times and always a long wait (more than other Noah’s). Today they had NO bagels at all except jalapeño and blueberry at 10: 30am and kept a full line of people waiting without saying anything. All staff was very dismissive and several customers waited a long time for DoorDash before being told “I just cancelled all the DoorDash orders”. No apology for wasted time.

I understand things can happen and I try to be understanding with supply issues or staffing shortages but... 1) Noah’s bagels having no bagels is not good 2) if you’re going to underdeliver on product, you should deliver on service - a sign on the door or a polite announcement to the line saying out of bagels.
This was not a crew of new employees. I’ve seen some of them before. Every time I come here I get “your annoying me” vibes. And this location never reopened the dining area from covid shut downs. Nothing says - we don’t like customers more than a dining room with tape all over the tables

I’m working at Door dash and this only one place I really hate. Personal here always slow and don’t have respect for nobody.

Unegaged employees, Horrifically slow service. And it's too bad because thier food is generally great.

This location is an absolute disaster. The dining room is still closed? If you don’t want people in the store just say that. Don’t use the pandemic as an excuse. Every other eating establishment has indoor dining. I ordered through the app and showed up 10 min later. Food was ready. I ordered two large drinks and they were in medium cups, not labeled (as they were two different drinks). I asked the woman behind the counter and she she said they ran out of large cups and so they gave me medium. So had I not said. Anything they were going to just let me walk out without saying anything about shorting me money? The cold brews were suppose to come with cream in them (did not know until I got back home). To top it off the employees are just yelling and laughing and blasting music and can not be bothered to help anyone. They were annoyed that I asked them a question about the order. Bagel sandwiches were also not toasted. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

The food is always so delicious and the place is very clean. The employees are nice as well

I really enjoy the brisket bagel breakfast sandwich. It is served on a jalapeño cheese bagel! Yummy!

I admit it's been a while since I've visited Noah's, and I don't know if it's the location, or they've just gone down hill in general? They got our order wrong, then barely toasted the bagel, hardly any cream cheese. The bagels themselves are delicious, just not prepared how I remember. The girl at the register was very sweet. Maybe they're still working out the kinks?
