The staff work hard and listen
We get the bagel right
Today was the third time I ordered delivery from this location where the reciept on the outside of the bag was correct but the order inside the bag was completely wrong! I've ordered delivery about 6 times in the last 6 months so this location is packing about 50% of your orders accurately. I have brought the order back personally other times & the staff at this location wad helpful and quick with fixing the order. I do not have time to fix the issue today and I am frustrated with the wasted time & delivery charges.
This place is ok.
I've never been there and actually come across a pleasant employee. My daughter goes quite a bit more than I and says the same thing.
It's pricy as well. So if I go, I'd like to be helped by someone a bit more pleasant. It can be so off-putting that you feel uncomfortable ordering any more than just basics because asking any questions gets uncomfortable, and they always have a hurry and order air about them.
Love this place! When I’m in the area for work I try to have breakfast here because the food and coffee are both so incredibly good.
The staff are some of the hardest workers I've ever met! They handle orders from Doordash so remarkable well, they deserve more:)
Lmaoo nahhh? Literally what is this? Dude it tastes like nothing and is puny. Unreal, coffee is essentially just chocolate milk as well.
I was greeted right when I walked in && they were quick to get my order out! The lady helping me greeted me with a smile && reminded me of the rewards I had so I got to get a free bagel & cream cheese! Starting my day going to Noah’s Bagels in Folsom is always the way to go!
Iam used to some rudeness sometimes cause this is the closest store to me, Folsom, but today when I came in, I returned some bagels from a previous day that were not done enough and when I did the manager was rude towards me and said this was the last time and such. I have only returned a couple times before, and she makes it seem like I do it all the time, I mean if the food is not satisfying I should be able to bring it back. Money does not come easy for me. I usually come in every day and a lot of times I dont even get my full reciept, I mean sometimes it's nice to get the survey that comes withmy receip cause it's nice to get those 2 free bagels sometimes, especiallywhen iam limited on money, I dont appreciate getting embarrassed publically either, she was sorta loud and others around heard. Hopefully will be better in the future
Stopped here while out running errands today for a quick bite to eat. Ordered the farm house and the brisket sandwiches. They were really good but there wasn’t much brisket on the sandwich.
Unfortunately the guy who took our order was a bit rude. There was no smile or anything. He said “ what do you want? ”. He looked irritated to be there. The place was busy but that should not cause the staff to be rude. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.
No gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, corn free, canola oil/inflammatory oil free. MSG/natural flavor free options. Sauces all packed with vinegar which wears away bones and teeth. If they do make gluten free bread it'll probably have egg and corn in it which is inflammatory to 85% of the population. They do not make food that is inclusive of people's health issues. They don't care. Eat here if you want to get health issues and die sooner.
Don’t order online or do doordash from here. They consistently will get your order wrong. Also don’t bother ordering a lox bagel from here either. I got two small slices of salmon that didn’t even cover half the bagel and they didn’t even give me the right bagel. I have had an unsatisfactory experience almost every time I’ve ate here. Other branches have always done a great job. Don’t know what they’re doing wrong here.
Ordered and paid for the brisket sandwich with 2 eggs. When I got home there were no eggs and very little brisket on the bagel. Awful.
I had the Turkey Sausage Cheddar Asiago Bagel and my wife had the Chorizo Burrito. Along with our Carmel Macchiato Coffees, everything was amazing!
The time is 1: 03PM, there are people inside. They locked the door, and it says they close at 2PM. 5 other people have attempted to go in. They see us out here. I usually like this place. It's now 1: 12 they finally put up a printed sign saying they are short staffed and that they were short on ingredients.
Line out to the door, but they kept it moving. Got through in a few minutes but took about ten minutes for my order. The crew worked fast and well together, filling orders for in-store, delivery, and pick-ups. I can't complain. The Farmhouse sandwich was great! And Nova Lox sandwich good but the extra lox is getting expensive.
If you want the bomb bagels, this is the only place to go. Please come when the as fresh as the summer breeze. Take a bite and close your eyes, to soft and flavoring expectations on your mouth. I'm telling you, there addictive! Tell em Marion sent you and she said "You guys are the BOMB"
