Noah’s Vietnamese Fusion Cuisine reviews
12 The server who regularly closes, is absolutely superb, I wish I knew her name! Beautiful woman with highlights!
The food is great, I do ask for my Chow Mein to be modified - seems they never mind.

The service is great and the rice dishes were tasty. We got the lemongrass chicken and the shaking beef. The beef was flavorful, but hard to breakdown after chewing. The broth (not in the pictures) was very good.
The Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich) was disappointing; the meat was cold and the bread was not fresh.
The food is amazing and the service is friendly and competent. The wait time was a little long, especially for how few customers there were, but definitely worth it. Good portions and delicious food
I honestly do not understand how I have not heard of this place, been here my whole life. I have not tried yet but, a huge fan of the food. Hopefully, it takes the cake.
The Vietnamese sandwich deff a solid 9.5 the warm with the fresh of the vegetables and the meat good flavor. The phó like a 7. The broth need it a bit more flavor, a lil to greasy for my taste. But good.
Inside temps are a reflection of outside, dress accordingly.
I had the Lemongrass Chicken on my first visit. It was a solid serving of a well executed dish. The Missus had the Spicy Beef Salad. Pretty food is always appreciated.
My wife has a habit of buying the Third Dinner, an extra dinner in case of disappointment. We eat festival-style from all of the dishes on the table.
Noah's Third Dinner selection was the Shaking Beef. We were both instantly addicted. It was the first dish gone. I order 2 when we make visits to Merced, one for today and one as a leftover.
Noah's is my number one Pho spot in Merced and the Central Valley. I have eaten Pho here more than any other Vietnamese restaurant.
I first had the combination beef pho, with chicken broth here, and it is all that Ive ordered since, and anywhere else I go. It was that good and left the best impression on me. The customer service is excellent at anytime of the day and if I ever requested something I needed, I was provided with what I asked for. I always feel welcomed and comfortable at Noah's. I really enjoy the Pho here more than anywhere else in Merced.
I've had a lotta bahn mi from here. Great price, great taste. I will continually get that 10th sandwich for free.
Loved everything! The food is amazing! Prices are very reasonable given the inflation on food prices. The food is very delicious. I highly recommend this place for family and friends.
The large pho here is awesome, and I always go here with my Dad when he visits Merced. $10 for a huge bowl of pho with brisket and rare beef, $11 if you get the special (dac biet) with everything including the tripe and beef ball. The shaking beef here is also delicious, albeit a bit more average-size portioned.
The pho was perfect. The egg noodles were tasty and there were little leftovers to take home.
Best Vietnamese food I've had in a long time and very good prices! Try the avocado shake!
