Nob Hill Foods, Napa CA

I usually enjoy this store, but the last few months I have got a checker named Elaine. A large African-American lady, and she is the rudest person I have ever encountered.

This wasn’t a one time thing.

This has been my favorite place to shop for years and it has gone through ebbs and flows with service levels. During the pandemic I think it is fair to say they hit their all time low and it was very difficult for them to provide consistent services and products. Since then, the have moved past these issues and are back to their traditionally high levels of service. Love their current staff and can't say enough good things about all of them!

A smaller supermarket, but with a decent selection of food products. Friendly, helpful staff.

The worst Nob Hill store I’ve been to. They list sale prices on the shelf price tag but don’t honor them and customers don’t realize it’s fraudulent until they pay. What a scam.

No employees around and only one cashier.

Terrible variety and options and produce was lackluster.

Won’t return nor recommend.

I like the atmosphere at Nob Hills market. It's got all the items a larger store has despite itssmall size. They also carry some high end grocery items you wouldn't expect a smaller store to have. It's staff is friendly and helpful when you can't find what you're looking for.

I found everything that I needed. The cashier who checked me out was very nice & helpful. He put all the items (that fit) into a sturdy brown paper bag with handles upon my request to do so. I found a few items on clearance, which was nice. The clearance area is at the back of the store by the restrooms.

I go there to buy gummy worms and Gatorade G2 low sugar
This is the only place on the Northside town to get G2 or have to go to the south side of town to raley's these are only the two places with the cheapest price on Gatorade for debetices

Curbside shopping is such a time saver. The shoppers do a fabulous job and Nob Hill has a great selection. The store brand is comparable to national brands, but at better prices. I've been using curbside for a few years now and plan on continuing in the future.

Worst experience of my life I am disabled couldn't get anyone's help at all nothing accessible so if you are in a wheelchair I do not recommend

The best cakes in the bakery department. I highly recommend the fruit tarts. The clerks are helpful and friendly.

Terrible! Unfriendly staff. I bought a sale item that was supposed to be $12.97 marked down from $18.99. Had to talk to the manager. Long story short. He tried to give me $4.03where do they find these people

Solid supermarket with reasonable prices and a friendly staff. Bakery desserts and breads are 5 stars! Deli sandwiches and sushi is also pretty good.
