Though new, John is a great manager! He has been so responsive and willing to assist me. I have had numerous special orders which he ensures get filled. The staff overall is pretty good, even with the high turnover in the past year. The carts are sanitized and everyone is courteous.

Great location. Fresh produce is featured Opal allpes look great as you walk in the door. Produce Manager sampled for me. AWESOME apple.

Worst grocery store they have the guts to charge you for bags after they made all that money off your purchase

Way expensive. I mean heck I spent $3.49 for a can of red sauce. Geesh! The employees are nice.

This is the best grocery store. Their produce is fantastic and fresh. Their deli has a lot to offer and a large selection of salads. Their bakery is the best.

The best jalapeno bagels. I hit up $5 Mondays. And they have Peets coffee, which I prefer over another chain.

It has a good selection. More variety and nicer than the Martinez Safeway. The self-checkout area makes it convenient and easy to shop, especially if you're only getting a few items.

A big supermarket that maybe caters to a slightly more discerning shopper. You'll pay more but they have a finer selection than Safeway.

A great service excellent food little more towards the rainforest side that I prefer but plenty of good wholesome organic food and still fried Chicken. Get your thumbs up for me

Checkout clerks focused on their internal conversations which took away time from getting the customers in line out the door quickly. Need to get the customers out faster or increase the self checkout registers. Don't ignore those of standing in line for your private conversations.

The store is cool. You don't have to wait very long. They have the best ice from their soda machine.

The bakery is marvelous along with the sushi chef I can't seem to visit with out leaving with some sushi rolls for lunch with a piece of cake for later! They have specialty chips and snacks that I can't find anywhere else that are fantastic. Pricy but good. Better sushi then any other grocery store I've ever eaten

Great selection of food. They keep the store temperature too warm year round and I wish it was cooler for a nicer shopping experience.

Used to pick up food here as donations to the poor, abused & homeless people in Martinez & Concord. Talk about rotten veggies and fruit that should have been tossed by employees instead of us! At least the employees I dealt with tended to be helpful. But as a customer, I found the cashiers awful, rude and condescending. If I go in now, it's to use the restrooms only.

More options and better prices/quality that Lucy's and Safeway. I still prefer Trader Joe's but it's a great backup

No longer my go to place. Prices shot up across the board and they do not have as full of a selection they once did. And every thing is much more expensive than the places I go now.

Being from the East coast and having the luxury of Wegmans I can just say that any grocery store just does not compare. These grocery stores all suck compared to Wegmans. They don't sell any brand that is their own, and you will more than likely be paying more because it is a name brand product that you were purchasing.

It's got a great selection of groceries a decent amount of parking and the lighting inside is absolutely amazing as well as an amazing friendly staff
