Worst insurance company I have had the displeasure to work with in 36 years of being an insured driver. I have never had a harder time getting anything done. I have never been more disgusted by customer service than with this company. I cannot believe they are associated with USAA. WOW! USAA was always a first class company, but four phone calls and all the documents they ask for and we couldn't get one thing done. I cancelled and they charged me for a full month for 10 days. Sounds about right. Never again!

Gave one star because there isn't a zero star rating. Horrible, horrible, insurance company. Perfect driving record. Never pulled over, no tickets, no accidents and I'm rear-ended by a texting kid. Months of hell to follow from this worthless insurance company and it's worthless third party DMA claims people. And the car is still not fixed. No body shop wants to deal with them so I can't even get my car in the shop unless I pay out-of-pocket the full estimated from the shop-NOT noblr's extremely low estimate. As long as you never need them to do anything then it's cheap insurance. If you need them you're going to be miserable.

UPDATE: I had to sue just to get my deductible from these incompetent jerks. I won in the end but it took months and a lawsuit to get them do pay me the deductible. I could never get the car repaired from their paltry low estimate (every shop laughed and said I was ripped off). I had to sell the car or pay thousands out-of-pocket to repair. Once again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Worst pay as you drive! Complete scam. My bill has been consistently at $155 regardless of how many miles I drive. Even if I’m out of town they still charge me a variable rate. The app disconnects and they charge me an offline rate. If I show them my settings they still will charge and don’t reverse. The app insurance isn’t accepted nationwide and can’t be used for rental service in other state so u have to get a second insurance. Worst customer service who will nickle and dime to get as much money with very little assistance. Avoid it and save your money

Quoted me a liability policy rate of $60 a month. First bill was that as quoted. Very next month the bill jumped up to 143. I was livid, and their explanation was based on my mileage being more then the premium was increased to reflect the adjusted risk. Get real, if it's ten miles a day or thirty, you can get hit just the same; wrong place wrong time, so stuck to your quote regardless. I haven't had an at fault accident in 27 years, nor a speeding ticket so thanks and really it's almost all insurance if I was a betting man. Good day.

Dont waist your time they want you have two cars not just you low milesge car. Rude along with the fact they want to run your credit for qoute

Love the mapping me and good driver reports, has made me a better driver. I plan to combine my home with car tomorrow and fire overpriced Hartford Ins. Amen!

While it cheap compare to other insurance, I let you know right now. Say if you move, they going rewrite your policy, now for some reason you can, t or they will not rewrite your policy. Which they did not rewrite the policy because I move. Now I, m scrambling to fine car insurance, it way beyond my affordable.it better to not have this idiot Noblr at the first place. Would not recommend. Worst insurance company ever, never go back regardless how cheap it is!

They change my rate every month, got charge an extra $100 on my last month for no reason and they can’t even give an explanation when asked

They are cheater. Also they do not have any kind of intelligence to provide personalized insurance rates for good and proficient drivers. Don't go for NOBLR ever.

Update: not only are they tyrannical and intrusive with their spy app, they are useless when needed. We had an accident that was the other driver’s fault, but they don’t answer phone calls and don’t resturn calls no matter how many voice mails we leave. AVOID! Also, closed on weekends so hope you don't have an accident then!

I think they would like to find a way to activate my phone's camera during PAP smears and colonoscopies so they can watch those, too.

Freaking communists that have to track your location. I’m a nurse and they demand knowing where I go to my patient's homes. Probably a HIPPA violation. Screw these crooks!

I have been waiting a moth and a half to get my car fixed after being hit with no contact unless I call the claims department because it's still being looked Into.

One of the worst Insurence company I ever seen. They charge me $1000 because I lost my phone and someone else was racking up miles. When I told them what happend they didn’t care. Please don’t use this company.

I'd give zero stars if I could, told me I'd save money using their driving ap and with 97 out of 100 my bill was still 30 bucks more than what I was paying and that's after paying the fixed peice of $325 up front. I'd give zero stars if possible. Then after scoring above 92 for two months, suddenly the dumped the score to 75, now I've been driving the same way for 35 years so you tell me what changed; my driving habits or their software in order to extort more money from customers via their faulty (on purpose) app

We have policy with them and every two weeks my wife’s phone shows as offline despite nothing changing. It is a nightmare. I need different insurance

They cancelled me without calling or verifying a hidden driver who I've never heard of.
Now to get insurance is gonna be $800 a month which I used to pay a year.
This company ruined my credibility for 30 years of great driving record.

The app used to work perfectly, now it closes randomly and I keep getting notifications that my rate will go up if I don't keep the app running. I contacted tech support and they refused to acknowledge the problem. Will be switching ASAP.

I am an existing policyholder and unhappy with the kind of increase they have done this year. They have increased the premium by 120% citing inflation as the reason.
Even though I have them I won't recommend anyone to go with them, avoid them. I am already looking for options

Just got a notice my car insurance rate is increasing 125% next year. Was told because the value of my 2018 car value increased. Inflation increased 8.7% my social security increases 8.7% but Noble increases my rate approx 125%. I think this is a great reason to be investigated for gauging. Also noticed that customer service isn't friendly and ethical. Hope many people look at other companies. Originally Noblr was promoting they are a great company for seniors who don't drive a lot, but obviously that has changed. (8.7% inflation, but Noblr rate increase approx. 125%)
