Quite a number of years ago, I needed a rush (two day) framing job in order to properly display a large photograph at a funeral. Mr. Flynn was then at his previous location off Douglas and was very busy (nothing has changed in that regard). Yet he was the ONE framer in Roseville who would even consider taking on the job. After significant inconvenience beyond his normal work hours, he had it beautifully done - and ahead of schedule. Fortunately, I have not had another rush job, but since that experience, all my framing work, which is significant due to a special interest, has gone only to Mr. Flynn, and I have never been even a little bit disappointed.

While every aspect of Mr. Flynn's framing is very well done, his sense of spacing and attention to perfection in doing the matting work, is, in my opinion, second to none - I have not seen better anywhere. And whenever I have been unsure of how to have a frame job accomplished, I have never regretted going with what he thinks.

While some might feel the cost a bit "pricey, " it is easy to respond that "You get what you pay for. " But that is often not true - you pay for high quality, but you don't get it. With Noel Flynn's Gallery and Frame Factory, you do get what you pay for!

This is the go-to frame shop for me. Noel and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable whenever I bring in a piece to be framed. Noel is a very good artist and will suggest the best ways to show off any art I bring in. There is also a great collection of paintings, wood bowls, and other pieces from local artists to choose from.

After years of framing cross stitch pictures myself, I decided to have my latest framed professionally. It came out better than I thought possible. Noel was very helpful finding just the right mats & frame. It would have been impossible for me because of all of the choices. The stretching, mounting & framing was perfect. I will be using Noel Flynn Gallery for all of my future projects.

Noel is my go-to custom framer. He is very helpful in choosing the proper matting for my original art and has a great eye for frames that enhance my work. I confess to waiting very close to a deadline to have my work ready for hanging and Noel has always been able to get the job done on time and in an excellent fashion. I recommend his work to anybody who needs framing.

I have had pictures framed and pictures removed from frames at the Flynn Gallery. Whenever possible I prefer to do business with and support locally owned establishments. The care and quality of service I have experienced at the Flynn Gallery has been exemplary. They CARE about the quality of the work they do, and they go over and above all expectations to make sure the customer is satisfied with the product. They did a fabulous job of framing a papyrus picture we bought in Egypt! It’s a very delicate form of paper in Egypt and a painter in Egypt had painted the tombs in Egypt & all the famous places that you visit! It was a large picture and they helped us to pick out a beautiful frame & background color pad for it! It was done quickly & it’s beautiful! Would use them again!

I don't normally leave public comments on businesses. The exceptions are if my experience is particularly bad or exceptionally good.

I am pleased to say that doing business with Noel Flynn Gallery and Frame Factory ranked among the best in both discussions about what I wanted to achieve and the attention to quality of workmanship. Noel framed four vintage movie posters I acquired and wanted to display in my home. All four posters were completed as I hoped, and are currently displayed on walls in my home. Thank you, Noel. What can't I say, I'll never go anywhere else in this area again. There is a passion for art in the people working there. We brought in 2 old prints and 2 lithographs. All 4 in the original frame. This shop touched up the frames and cleaned everything a bit and did a great job. It really doesn't matter what I think, as my wife is extremely happy! Happy wife Happy life.

Noel Flynn is top notch! We had a very large painting framed at Noel Flynn’s. He helped us out to our SUV, only to find it wouldn’t fit inside. So Noel brought around his truck, loaded up our painting and drove it to our house.
Now that’s service in addition to quality! We’ll be back!
